Dispatchis essentially an animated novel, so it offers players a huge number of decisions and choices that can really impact endings and romances. In this guide, we will tell you in detail exactly how many endings there are in the game, with whom you can start a romantic relationship, and how exactly all this can be unlocked.
The good and bad mentor system
The principle of the hidden mentor system
As it turns out, the game has a hidden counter that not only tracks many of the player’s decisions, but also, based on it, chooses which ending to subsequently show the player. It also partially affects novels, but more on that later. Moreover, in many ways this scale revolves around Nevidiva, that is, it depends on her whether she can eventually become a superhero or leave the team (again, we talked about this in more detail below).

Many factors influence how you earn and deduct mentor points, from story choices and successful/failed hacks to QTE scenes during a bar fight. Plus, additional points can be earned during the shifts of the SDS dispatcher, and the players even determined specific numbers:
- When sending Nevidiva on a mission and its successful completion, they give +1 mentor point (from the 2nd to 6th episodes).
- When sending Nevidiva on a mission and its failure (even if the heroine was not injured), they deduct -1 mentor point (from 2nd to 6th episodes). 6th episode).
- When sending Nevidiva to hero training, Blondie Blazer is immediately given +5 points.

As for the maximum number of mentor points, you can get 36 points thanks to story choices, successful hacks and perfectly completed QTE moments, and another 6 points are awarded for a date at the cinema with Diva in episode 4. If we talk about changing the dispatcher, then in 8 of them you can earn another 45 points if you are so lucky that in each of the shifts you send Nevidiva to 5 successful calls, plus, go through one hero training. So, ideally, you can earn 87 mentor points in the game.
Fortunately, you don't have to earn that much to get the best (heroic) ending – according to the game's internal files and the calculations of some gamers, the best ending becomes availablewhen you gain 45 mentor points and above.
Note: Note that if you select “Observation” for QTE scenes at the beginning of the game, then when they appear in the game they will automatically be considered successfully completed. This also applies to hacking, where you can enable an unlimited number of attempts.

Let's add that Divadoesn't have to be level 8+ to unlock the heroic ending. This misconception stems from the fact that you gain mentor points by sending your heroine on successful challenges, which of course leads to her leveling up. However, players have checked that even if Diva remains level 1 and manages to score over 45 mentor points, you can still unlock the best ending.
Another important point is that in Episode 7, when Nevidiva kisses Robert, you will have the option to “Move closer” or “Move away”. So: this scene also does not affect the discovery of the heroic ending, but is connected only with the possibility of its romance. Moreover, you won’t even have it if you haven’t promoted a romantic relationship with Diva.

So, having understood how this system works, we will indicate all the decisions, actions, QTE scenes, hacks and other points that allow you to gain or lose mentor points in each episode.
Episode 1 “Transition”
In the first episode there are no decisions related to mentoring, which is quite logical, because we have not yet become the dispatcher of the I-team. However, we still do not recommend that you act outrageously by attacking a reporter or throwing a bandit out the window, because the game also contains a scale of a real hero and an anti-hero, which is described below.
Episode 2 “First Day”
In Ponchikova, hacking the fire extinguishing system, if successful, gives +1 mentor point, and failure – we take away -1.
Then during a conversation with the Invisible in the rest room, our answers can lead to the following results:
- I can’t disappear – 0 points.
- I would have found better friends – 0 points.
- You chose this life – takes away -1 mentor point.
We continue the conversation with Invisible:
- You violated the order – 0 points.
- I reported you to Chase – takes away -1 mentor point.
- Do you think this is luck? – 0 points.
We continue the conversation with the Invisible:
- Mekhamen is not just a suit – 0 points.
- You need me – 0 points.
- The real hero here is me – takes away -1 mentor point.
Later, being in Blondie Brazer’s office, we answer her:
- Dry air – 0 points.
- Nevidiva hit me – takes away -1 mentor point.
- Hit my head – 0 points.
Episode 3 “Turnover”
When talking with Nevidiva in the park, when she is sitting on a swing, you can gain or lose mentor points:
- Last time goodbye – 0 points.
- Take your anger out on him – takes away -1 mentor point.
- Everything can change – gives +1 mentor point.
For successfully hacking the second camera in a jewelry store, you will receive +2 mentor points, and if you fail, you will lose -2 points.
For successfully hacking the lighting system in a jewelry store, you will receive +2 mentor points, and if you fail, you will lose -2 points.
Episode 4 “Reform”
The only thing that matters in this episode is who you go on a date with at the end:
- Dinner with Blazer – 0 points.
- Movie with Invisible – gives +5 mentor points.
Moreover, if you go on a date with Diva, you will be able to get even more points thanks to additional dialogue:
- We seem to already – gives +1 mentor point.
- We are working on it – 0 points.
- Do you want this? – 0 points.
These 6 points can be considered the only ones that are directly related to the romantic line, and at the same time you will not receive any negative effect if you decide to exchange a movie night for dinner with Blondie Blazer.
Episode 5 “Team Spirit”
During the fight at the Sardine Bar, there are 4 QTE scenes, but only 3 of them affect the mentor's points. Apparently the scene in the toilet is not taken into account, since it occurs outside the field of vision of the Invisible, so she will not know about your possible failure or success. The following points are taken into account:
- QTE scene when trying to fight off the lady mantis: +1 for success and -1 for failure.
- QTE scene when trying to evade the tabletop: +1 for success and -1 for failure.
- QTE scene when trying to break Armstrong's arms: +2 for success and -2 for failure.
Further, during a conversation with the I-team, we can reveal our identity or not do this, which will significantly affect this scale:
- I am Robert – takes away -5 mentor points.
- I am Mechamen – gives +5 mentor points.
Episode 6 “Links of the Chain”
After Nevidiva reveals to us her plan for finding the Astral heart rate monitor, we can earn extra points:
- Why are you doing this? – gives +1 mentor point.
- Are you sure it will work? – 0 points.
- Thank you, people – gives +1 mentor point.
We watch a dance scene in our apartment, and then watch an argument between Diva and Blondie. We intervene in it and get points:
- Let's go today – gives +1 mentor point.
- You are too tough – we lose -1 mentor point.
- Let's make a plan – gives +1 mentor point.
When the quarrel between Invisible and Chase reaches its climax, we can choose the following answers to get additional points:
- He didn’t mean to offend – gives +1 mentor point.
- Everyone calm down – we lose -1 mentor point.
- Chill out, Chase – gives +1 mentor point.
Next you will need to help Nevidiva on the ship get the Astral Pulsator. To do this, you will have to complete several hacking puzzles, for which you can also get mentor points:
- The second hack, associated with opening the door, will reward you with +1 if successful, and will take away -1 if you fail.
- The third hack, involving the loudspeaker, will reward you with +2 if successful, and will take away -2 if you fail.
- The fourth hack, involving the faucet, will reward you with +2 if successful, and will take away -2 if you fail.
- The fifth hack, related to the safe, will reward you with +1 if successful, and will take away -1 if you fail.
Episode 7 “Retrospective”
Towards the end of the episode, Team I will demand that you expel Nevidiva from the group due to her previous offense. This will significantly affect the mentor scale:
- Exclude it – we lose -5 mentor points.
- Stand up for defense – gives +5 mentor points.
When you approach Diva in the locker room, you may have a choice of one of 4 branches of dialogue, which depends on whether you expelled her from the squad or not, and whether you managed to score 10 sympathy points with her (possibly if you go on a date with her to the cinema). However, no matter which option you get, the maximum you can get here is only +2 mentor points. All the phrases will be listed below:
- I'm worried about you – gives +2 mentor points.
- It's not your fault – gives +2 mentor points.
- I don't like it – gives +2 mentor points.
- They will change their mind – gives +2 mentor points.
- You left me no choice – we lose -2 mentor points.
- They decided it, not me – 0 points.
When Nevidiva admits that she worked for Polog, try not to lose mentor points:
- I don’t know what to think – 0 points.
- This is the end – we will lose -5 mentor points.
- I forgive you – 0 points.
Quite unexpectedly, however, in a conversation with Blondie Blazer in a taxi, where we decide who she will mention in her speech, you can also influence this scale:
- Trackstar – 0 points.
- Invisible – we will lose -2 points mentor.
Episode 8 “Unity”
After the dispatcher change, you will encounter the Invisible One, who will be handcuffed to a counter by Royd. During the dialogue with her, try not to lose mentor points:
- Why didn’t you say? – 0 points.
- You heard Royd – 0 points.
- I don’t trust you – we’ll lose -2 points instruction.
Then Nevidiva will ask you to free her. You can get additional points:
- Go alone – we will lose -5 mentor points.
- Free – we will receive 5 mentor points.
Hero and anti-hero scale
Separately, we note that the game also has another hidden counter related to how Robert behaves with the people around him, covering much more story situations than the mentor system. At the same time, this system is much more straightforward and easier to read, that is, attacking a reporter, for example, is a bad act, but preventing a bandit from falling from a balcony is a good one.

We will immediately add that this scale is practically has no effect on the story or gameplay, meaning it does not unlock unique scenes or dialogue options, and does not change how other characters perceive Robert. The only thing it will change is the picture that will be shown to you after completing the 8th episode.
The game has two thresholds associated with this counter: Hero and Anti-Hero, and both are equal to 20. As a result, you may be shown one of three pictures at the end:
- If your Hero counter is 20 or higher, then you will see the “True Hero” ending (Robert always tried to do the right thing at the right time).
- If your Anti-Hero counter is 20 or higher, then you will see the “Antihero” ending (Robert did not always have high moral principles, but he tried act with the best intentions).
- If neither the Hero nor Anti-Hero counter reaches 20, then you will get the “Ordinary Man” ending (Robert is an ordinary person. No one knows what is in his mind or how he will act).

Let us note that although this scale has practically no effect on anything specifically in this season, there is a considerable probability that it will have consequences in the second season. So if you want to get a hero die, we recommend that you choose the appropriate answers in the dialogues.
All endings in Dispatch
Failed mentor (bad ending)
You will unlock this ending if you do not support Nevidiva and completely ignore her (we have indicated above all the decisions that lead to the deduction of mentor points), and also fail certain challenges with hacking and QTE scenes. In this case, Diva will be completely disillusioned with her heroic career and will not try to achieve redemption for herself.

In episode 8, when Robert is threatened by the Canopy, she will disappear and then appear on the roof and unexpectedly kill her former boss, and then take his mask and disappear again, winking at the main character. In the end, Robert will assume that Nevidiva will soon come for him or lead the Red Ring, that is, there is a high probability that she will again become a supervillain in the next season.
Good mentor (best ending)
To receive it, you need to support Nevidiva in every possible way and build trust with her. To do this, choose all the answers that give mentor points (they are listed above for each episode), and also try not to fail the QTE scenes and hacking challenges (or just turn them off and give yourself an infinite number of attempts in the menu).
Also, send Diva to hero training at least once and try to send her to those challenges that she can be guaranteed to complete during your dispatcher shifts. Let us note once again that it is enough to score 45 mentor points, and this is quite possible to achieve without starting a romantic relationship with the heroine.

As for the finale itself, when Robert is threatened by the Canopy on the roof, Nevidiva will disappear, and then reappear right in front of the main character, shielding him from the bullet. Fortunately, she will not die, but will only be slightly wounded in the shoulder. Thus, Diva will remain on the side of the superheroes and will take part in the group photo.
Kill Polog or spare him
Note that in the good ending you will have an additional choice, allowing Robert to either kill the main villain of the story or leave him alive:
- Spare – you will not kill Polog, and in the end he will be taken into custody (most likely he will end up in prison). This will allow you to unlock the “I declare that this man is fucking awesome” achievement. You will be given +5 Hero points.
- Kill – you will personally kill Canopy by strangling him. This will allow you to unlock the “Killer-a-a-a-a!” achievement. You will be given +5 Anti-Hero points.

Moreover, both options will be marked with the “Everyone will remember this” checkbox, but it is unclear what exactly this affects, since the game is almost over. Most likely, this will somehow affect the plot in the second season, for example, it will affect the team's opinion of Robert – they will understand that sometimes even he can be cruel.
To forgive Sonar/Coupe or not
In the first half of the game, you have to decide who to kick out of the team – Coupe or Sonar. This will ultimately affect a number of cutscenes near the end, such as who will torture you in the bar, who will lead the attack on Los Angeles, and who you will have to fight when you are attacked by Canopy's army.
If you can protect the city from destruction (the bar with him should not drop to 0) and drive off Sonar/Coupe during your last controller shift, then at the very end of the game you will have the opportunity to free the traitor:
- Forgive – in this case, Kupe/Sonar will be released and she/he can join the celebration. You will be given +3 Hero points.
- Score – in this case, Coupe/Sonar will be taken away in handcuffs. You will be given +3 Anti-Hero points.

Again the die will be shown, that “Coupe/Sonar will remember our answer.” For this reason, there is a good chance that our choice will be important for the second season, that is, if we forgive the traitor, then he will most likely join the I-Team again, so we still recommend choosing forgiveness.
Novels in Dispatch
Who can you romance with
In addition to the basic endings, the game also has several endings related to who you end up romantically involved with. This can only be done with two heroines: Blondie Blazer or Invisible. Unfortunately, Malevola is not included in the list, which is quite sad considering her constant teasing.

As in the case of the mentor system, there is also a scale, but it only applies to Invisible, that is, you will need to score a certain number of points with her in order for you to eventually have an affair with her. With Blondie Blazer, everything is much simpler, since you only need to complete a few actions to unlock a romantic relationship with her and follow this path to the very end, and now more about that.
Romance with Blondie Blazer
When interacting with Blondie Blazer, some answers simply improve your relationship with her, while others are key to starting a romance. Below we will indicate all such answers:
- When talking at the bar, say: “I like to help people” (Episode 1).
- When you talk to her near the billboard, select: “Kiss” (Episode 1). For the game, this action will indicate the player's desire to start a romance with Blondie, but it is not mandatory for it to start. In the future, it may affect some dialogues with Fenomacho.
- After changing into the dispatcher's uniform, say: “As you say” (Episode 2).
- After leaving the office with her, say: “Do you want to have dinner?” (Episode 2).
- When Fenomacho invites you to dinner for the three of us, then answer: “Sorry, I already ate” (Episode 2).
- She will tell you about her breakup with Fenomacho. Tell her: “I hope I have nothing to do with this” (Episode 3).
- Blondie will want to exclude someone from the team. Answer her like this: “Okay” (Episode 3).
- After completing your shift, Blondie will call you for dinner (Episode 4). Be sure to agree and have dinner with her. During a date, you need to select the “Kiss” option. Your further answers when talking with Blondie will no longer be important, since you, in fact, will be locked into an affair with her.
- During the party, when a dispute arises between Invisible and Blondie Blazer regarding the start time of the operation, select the answer: “Let's make a plan” (Episode 6).
You'll know you're on the right track if you're dancing with Blondie at a party and Canopy mentions that you're having an affair with her. At the end, the superheroine will kiss you on the hood of the car, and you will unlock the “Any plans for the evening?” achievement.

Note that the conversation with Blondie in Episode 5 in the locker room, when she asks you about the second date and wants to know who we want to go with, is not related to the romance, but is needed to get Hero or Anti-Hero points:
- Blondie Blazer – gives +1 hero point.
- Any of them – gives +1 hero point.
- Let's slow down – gives +1 anti-hero point (most likely, closes the possibility of romance).
- Mandy – gives +1 hero point.

Important: If you want to get a romance with Blondie Blazer, then under no circumstances try to romance Nevidiva with her at the same time, otherwise in the end you will automatically end up with the latter. Mandy, of course, will not be angry with you, but you will not get any kiss on the hood.
Romance with Nevidiva
Here everything is a little more interesting, since Nevidiva has a certain sympathy counter, and you need to score 10 points and above. Next, we will indicate all the answers that give them:
- When Nevidiva asks you a provocative question about your activities in Mechamen, answer her: “All the time” to get 1 point (Episode 4).
- In the toilet, Nevidiva will tell you about her dream with you. You need to answer her the following: “And how do I like you”to get 1 point (Episode 4).
- Go to the cinema with Nevidiva, refusing Blondie Blazer dinner, to immediately get 5 points (Episode 4).
- If you went to the cinema with Diva, then during a conversation with her in the Sardine bar regarding a date, tell her: “I liked it”to get 3 points. If you say “Let's be friends”, you will not block the romance, but you will lose -3 points (Episode 5).
- If you went to the movies with Diva, then during a conversation with Chase about the girl, tell him: “Does she like me?”to get 2 points (Episode 6).
- During the party at your apartment and after the scene with the dance between Blondie and Invisible will have an argument. Tell her: “Let's go today” or “Let's make a plan” to get 1 point. Don't choose “You're too tough” or you'll lose -1 point (Episode 6).
- When Nevidiva starts arguing with Chase, say: “He didn't mean to offend”or “Chill, Chase”to get 1 point. Do not choose “Everyone calm down”, otherwise you will lose -1 point (Episode 6).
- After deciding to exclude or defend Nevidiva, you will find her in the locker room. Select the following responses: “I'm worried about you”, “I don't like it” or “It's not your fault”to score +5, +3 or +2 points respectively. Don't choose “You left me no choice”, otherwise you will lose -3 points (Episode 6).
- In the locker room, Nevidiva admits to you that she worked for Polog. You will need to tell her: “I forgive you” or “I don’t know what to think” to get +5 or +3 points. Under no circumstances choose “This is the end”, otherwise you will completely block the romance with Diva!
- If you score the coveted 10 points by this point, an additional scene will appear in which Nevidiva will kiss you. You will need to choose: “Get Closer” to finally cement your romance with the girl.
However, do not delude yourself ahead of time, since in order to receive a kiss on a stretcher at the very end of the story, you also need to be sure to open the ending of a good mentor, which we talked about above. So don’t forget to support Nevidiva not only romantically. At the end you will receive the “I’m forever expiring” achievement.

Important: You can romance Blondie at the same time as Invisible, that is, for example, go to dinner with Mandy and even kiss her, and then score 10 points with Diva and agree to a kiss in the locker room. In this case, you will hear a funny monologue from Polog about how “we are the only man who was able to get Blondie Blazer, but at the same time we believe that we deserve more.” However, again staying with both girls will not work, since in this case we will automatically continue the romance only with Nevidiva.

Lack of novels
If you want to unlock the “Let's Be Friends” achievement, then you need to give up any romances in the game, which is actually not very difficult. To do this, you must first refuse dinner with Blondie Blazer and go to the cinema with Nevidiva (thereby you will block the possibility of a relationship with the blonde).

Next you just need to typeless 10 sympathy points with Invisibleso that the kiss scene in the locker room does not trigger. To do this, select the following answers:
- “Let’s remain friends” – we lose -3 points.
- “Let’s make a plan” – we get only 1 point.
- “He didn’t mean to offend” – we get only 1 point.
- “I don’t know what to think” – we get only 3 points.
That is, in the end you will only earn 7 points, and the kiss scene will not start. At the same time, you can still unlock the good ending of the mentor, where Nevidiva remains on the team, and you take a group photo with her.
A good mentor and romance with Blondie
Since we touched on the topic of leaving Nevidiva on the team, we will consider another option in which you manage to get the best ending and at the same time start a romance with Blondie Blazer. To do this, you need to do the following three things:
- Be sure to go out to dinner with Blondie Blazer in Episode 4 and kiss her during the date. This should open up full access to romance her.
- Try not to get 10 sympathy points with the Invisible by choosing neutral answers or those that give the minimum number of points. You should not choose negative phrases, otherwise you can thereby cut off the mentor’s points. If in the locker room the Diva still tries to kiss you, then select the answer “Move away.” Perhaps this will still cancel the romance with her.
- Be sure to score 45 mentor points so that at the end Nevidiva will cover you from the bullet, and you will get a good ending.

As a result, at the end Blondie Blazer will kiss you on the hood of the car, showing that you continue your relationship with her, and Nevidiva will remain on the team and take part in the group photo.
