Before the dialogue, it is better to use schnapps to save. This is necessary if you suddenly fail one of the checks. Also, before starting a conversation with him, find a largewhite tent. It is located nearby – near the road.
Inside search the chest – take the cow skin(it is necessary for the quest “Prevention”) and golden cross.
Now you can talk to Loiz. First of all, weask about the found cross. It turns out to be stolen – the workers are stealing artifacts from the crypt. Loiz will deny his involvement in these crimes. If you go to meet Loiz without searching the chest, then after the dialogue an order will appear – to pick up the cross. In our case, this task will be skipped.
At the beginning of the dialogue, select the test option that you will successfully pass. For example, intimidation – “Say everything you know”. However, keep in mind that this choice will slightly reduce your reputation.
You can also choose the option with coercion – “I can’t do something”. If successful, he will share the information he knows. If you fail, you will have to give him 2 bottles of schnapps (if you don’t have it, you can find it on the shelves in the infirmary) – after that he will tell you everything the same as during successful checks.

Loiz will tell you that there are two teams of workers working here. One carries out work directly in the crypt (one of them carries artifacts), and the second (in which he is a member) works on the street. The tent of the workers who work in the crypt itself is located across the road – the same one in which we found the golden cross.
Then we ask about the main foreman and complete the dialogue.
Search the crypt
Before going down into the crypt, we strongly recommend completing the side quest “Prevention”.As part of the task, we will create protection for ourselves from infection – a plague mask (or as it will be called in the inventory – a plague hood). If you don’t do this and immediately go to the crypt, you will get an eternal debuff to all your characteristics. Yes, Henry will not die, but he will become sick.
The crypt is located in the church itself. It is not necessary to run around the entire monastery in search of a passage (especially now, after the ban from the abbot, all the guards will drive us away). The easiest way is to go inside the church through the scaffolding, that is, there is no need to go far from the workers where we just talked with Loiz.

There is a staircase hidden behind the white canvas; we climb it and climb through the open window into the church territory.

Nearby we examine the grave with the overturned lid. It will become clear that workers are actively carrying out values. That is, they essentially came into contact with old corpses, which could have been the main reason for the outbreak of the deadly infection.
In the center on the altar lies old parchment.
At this moment we will hear someone lock the door through which we entered here. Having found out the necessary information, it’s time to leave the crypt. To open the door you will need to go through a very difficult hack. But there is another way out of this burial ground. To the left of the altar there is a dilapidated wall that we can break down.
Next we move along the only available exit – through the tunnel. As a result, we will find ourselves at the exit. There will be three guards standing there. We advise you not to engage in battle and carefully sneak up to the stairs and go up to the church.

Talk to Albicus
We return back to the infirmary and go into Albicus’s office. Chaos will reign there – someone has robbed the doctor. Apparently the robber was interested in records of the king’s illnesses and condition. If they fall into the wrong hands, the consequences will be dire.
We ask – to find out whether the robber had a key, because there are no signs of a break-in.
Talk with Benedict and Denek
Coming out of the room, the first person who came into view was Denek. He and the aspiring Doctor Benedict are in the infirmary. We immediately ask: “Who entered the room?.”
Denek will say that he saw someone monk about an hour or two ago. But there is no certainty, because all clergy are similar to each other.
Now we are looking for Benedict (can stand by the bed of one of the patients). Surprisingly, he will first offer to heal our wounds. Although no, he won’t offer or even ask, he’ll just take it and do it.
