In Honkai: Star Rail, “100% Discount” is a bronze hidden achievement available at the House of Shackles, in the Lofu Xianzhou territory. To unlock it, you'll need to do a little haggling with the prisoners working for the Arma Prison Corporation in the highly guarded underwater prison. How to unlock the “100% Discount” achievement in Honkai: Star Rail
The achievement “100% Discount”, the condition for which is to complete a deal with any of the company's employees, can only be unlocked in the House of Shackles. To open the location, you need to start the mission “Clear Conscience and Broken Cage”, which is part of the large storyline “Duel under the Azure Sky I”.
Make a purchase from any employee of the Arma Prison Corporation

There are only two suitable NPC vendors in the heavily guarded underwater prison, and both of them are imprisoned in the south -1 tier of the map: Gouten is near the Ice Prison I anchor, and Arma is Ice Prison II. We will leave the maps and locations of the dungeons above, the merchants are highlighted with personal marks.
The merchants have different assortments. For example, you can buy some 2-3-star materials for leveling up heroes from Arma, as well as edible consumables:
- «Tentacle of the Greatest Thief» — it buffs the pack's speed by 10%, and after victory can give an unknown bonus;
- «Prison Shower Gel» — for the next battle increases the pack's resistance to the imposition of negative effects by 20%.
Gouten, in turn, trades only two edible items:
- «Prison Potion Sanctus Medicus» has a double effect that simultaneously buffs attack power by 45%, but also debuffs defense by 12% in the next battle;
- «Strengthening Powder of the Ten Lords» buffs the overall HP of the party by 20% for the next battle.
After a short dialogue (if you are communicating with the merchants for the first time), select the answer option “I want to see the goods”, after which their full list will open. You can choose any product you like and exchange it for a set amount of “Cunning Snack” – an edible buff for replenishing technique points and local currency, which is the equivalent of money in the House of Shackles.
After your first purchase of any product from one of the Prison Corporation representatives, you will be given the achievement “100% Discount” – go to the “Our Memories” collection and collect 5 star jade from the received achievement.
If you don't have enough of the “Cunning Snack” consumable that prison merchants exchange for their assortment, go to Synthesis and create the material from Seeds and Gaseous Liquid.
