Abundance Under the Sand Dunes 3 in Genshin Impact is one of the parts of the Dirge of Bilcis world quest available to complete in Sumeru. At this stage, the traveler and companions will find another fragment of the Genie Mother, defeat the keeper of the heavenly abode and finally get to the Oasis of Eternity.
In this guide, we told you how to solve all the puzzles, get two achievements and complete the adventure along the sandy ruins.
The passage of the quest “Abundance under the sand dunes III”
Start of the quest
If during the passage of the second part you got out of the cave along with Jecht and Azarik, then the beginning of the third part will be literally a couple of steps away from you. If you made it out of the dungeon on your own, teleport north of the Land of the Three Channels and follow the road in the indicated area until the story dialogue starts.
As you talk, it will become clear that you have another cave to explore, and for this you need to visit the control booth of the ruin golem again. You don't have to go anywhere yourself – you will automatically move to the right place.
Get to your destination in the ancient mechanism
After moving, interact with the screen again. The golem needs to be activated, and this can be done with a random shot – use either Enter, or the left mouse button, or just click on the screen.
Break the rocks in the way
Azarik will say that they also need to eliminate a pile of stones on the way. Use the control screen again. This time you need to shoot the laser at a specific point, which will be indicated by a flashing spark on the screen. After taking a shot, exit the aiming mode yourself by clicking on the icon in the upper right corner of the screen or pressing the Esc key.
< p>Next, you need to leave the cabin. After that, a dialogue of the heroes will begin, during which Azarik will demand that Lilupar be handed over to him for preservation.
Defeat Azarik and his assistants
General disagreement with the man’s demand will lead to what Jecht sees in the named traitor's brother and fight him. You will also have to fight; the hermit will summon his subordinates in several waves, and you will have to defeat them all to complete the fight.
Azarik and Jeht will start a dialogue after the fight. At some point, the ancient golem will begin to collapse, and the heroes will have to urgently leave the inside of the machine. Again, you don't have to do anything – Jacht will take you out of the mechanism herself, and after a dialogue with her, you will receive the achievement “Loveless Tarantula”.
Ahead you will see several Fatui led by a member of the Tanit tribe. Get closer to them to meet Aderfi and join in the conversation of the heroes.
Defeat the smuggler Aderfi and Fatui
Facing yet another betrayal, you and Jeht will rejoin the fight. Just like last time, the reinforcements will come in several waves and you will need to defeat all the enemies in order to emerge victorious from the fight.
Explore the trophies
During the fight with you, the hermit dropped evidence of his betrayal. Approach the indicated point on the sand and read the contents of the secret letter.
Go back inside the golem at the prompt of Lilupar
After reading the note, Jecht immediately wants to return to the camp and tell everything to the matriarch, but the Genie Mother will convince her and advise her to continue through the hole in the ground, broken by a huge ball.
Use the four-leaf symbols placed above the road to get there faster to the right place.
Enter the tunnel through the passage in the car
Once inside the golem, go around the elevator and go through the opposite opening – the second arm of the ancient mechanism.
At some point, the tunnel will break and you will need to glide down to continue exploring the ruins.
Get rid of the sand
Right at the entrance to another part of the ruins, a new mechanism for lowering sand awaits you. As soon as you approach him, molders will attack you; defeat the monsters and activate the mechanism in order to understand where to go next.
Continue exploring the ruins. At the fork, you can first turn left to pick up Dendrokul, and then turn right to the teleportation point and the main route.
Afterwards, you will have to navigate using the four-leaf symbols for a while. The first is located just below the teleportation point, the second is located to your right on a massive root – to interact, get a little closer to it. There will be two more characters that can be reached directly from the original place.
Open the ancient door
First, use the opening mechanism to get inside the great hall.
Once inside, turn left into the only clear passage.
Inside you will see two molders and a mechanism. Rotate it to reposition the pipes and unlock another structure.
You'll also get a Primordial Spark along with the new mechanism. This is optional for the story, but you can lead her to the lantern to receive a chest as a reward.
Go back to the previous room and turn the unlocked mechanism to open the passage below.
Head down the stairs, keeping the Primordial Spark in mind if you decide to lead it to the lantern.
At the bottom you will find double cells of absorption of light. Approach the right cell emitting a beam of light and rotate it twice so that the beam points to the absorbing cell at the blocked passage.
Go to the open area and activate the mechanism to remove the barrier from the structure in the main room.
Return to the center of the room and activate the available mechanism to open the door to the next corridor.
If you wish, you can unlock the regular chest in this room. To do this, rotate the two cells so that they direct the rays of light into the lens that has not yet been used. The exact position of the rays is shown in the screenshot below.
Climb up the stairs to the previously opened area. To go further, you will have to defeat two primordial constructs and activate the cubic lever near the barrier. Also, if you decide to cast a primordial spark, don't forget to move it off the monument in the corner of the room.
Activate another mechanism to connect the pipes. When you approach the monument, the primordial spark will start moving again and reach the torch, leaving a regular chest for you.
Go to the stairs and activate the cube to open the door to the next room.
Inside you will find another mechanism that can change the position of the pipes. Interact with him and go forward – you will exit into the very first room, where the last monument is now available for activation.
Continue exploration and take the Lilupar Fragment
Thanks to your efforts, the old door will open. Go inside, turn left at the end of the corridor, and then go down to the level below and look back to see a small oasis and a new fragment of the Genie Mother. Pick up a fragment to increase a genie's power, view part of her memories, and engage in story dialogue.
Launch the ancient mechanism and defeat your enemies
After completing the conversation of the heroes, leave the lifeless oasis and continue to follow the quest marker. He will point to a new lever that will unlock once you get close enough; monsters are not required to be killed.
After interacting with the monument, a large mechanism will activate in the middle of the next room. Glider down to him.
As soon as you touch the structure, monsters will start attacking you and the mechanism itself. Defeat them all so that the monument can guide you.
Go to the platform and speak with Keeper Ferijiz
Go up the stairs to the indicated point. A conversation will start between the heroes, after which Lilupar will lead the whole company through the sandstorm barrier.
When you reach the platform, Ferijiz, Guardian of Paradise, will speak to you. She will refuse to let you into the Oasis of Eternity, but the Genie's Mother will be adamant and ask you to break the guardian's chains.
Defeat Ferijs
During the fight, you will have to both defeat the assistants summoned by the genie, and destroy her own shackles to a certain level of health. When the main enemies are defeated, no one will attack you for a while, and you can strike at the structure in which the guardian is imprisoned.
There are three waves of opponents in this fight, the last of which will be a huge pristine construct with a lot of health. After defeating her, you will be able to finally break the bonds of Ferijs and listen to the final conversation between the two genie sisters.
Activate the rising platform
After that, take a few steps forward to talk to Jacht. She will perk up and you can continue on your way by activating the rising platform.
A cut-scene will start, after which you will find yourself in a new location. If desired, you can return here even after the task is completed, as indicated by a highlighted yellow marker in the center of the platform.
Head to the Oasis of Eternity
There are no forks in the way to the Oasis – just move forward. You'll soon reach your destination, earn the “Sleep Paradise Without Dreams” achievement, and complete the quest.
It will give you 50 Source Stones, 3 Hero XP, 400 Adventure XP, 40,000 Mora, and 6 pieces of magical enhancement ore. You will also have access to the final mission of the chain called “Evergreen Dream”.
