Fen'Harel's Altars are special wolf statues scattered throughout almost every location in Dragon Age: The Veilguard. By activating each of them, you will have to solve a small puzzle and find a small wolf figurine. For each reward collected, you will receive an additional point for developing the skills of the Hand. Having collected all 15 Altars of Fen'Harel, you will also receive an achievement.

Location of all Altars of Fen'Harel
Each Altar of Fen'Harel will be marked on the map with a wolf icon.
When interacting with the statue with a lyrium dagger, it will turn, pointing its direction to the location of a small wolf figurine. Unlike the Altar, the reward will not be indicated on the map.
As a visual cue, from afar you will be able to notice a ghost wolf located in the place of the statuette.
For collecting all Fen'Harel Altars and Evanuris Altars will also reward you with the “False Gods” achievement.
TrevisoÂ
Fen'Harel Altar #1
The only Treviso Altar will be located in the Heart and Center location. Interact with it and run north, where on the left, behind the wooden barrels, you will see a small wolf statue.
Rivain Coast
Fen'Harel Altar #1
The first Wolf Altar in Rivain Coast will be located near the eluvian. The statue itself is in a dilapidated fortress in the middle of theLooping Coast location.
After activating it, you will be able to see the wolf spirit on the northwestern side of the shore.
Fen'Harel's Altar #2
Exploring Cliff Tops area, you will find another Altar of Fen'Harel by climbing up a high cliff.
Interact with the statue with the lyrium dagger and head northwest to the small river stream until you see a wolf next to a small waterfall.
Port City
Fen'Harel Altar #1
You will find the first Altar behind a huge door in the locationPlace of Seclusion, located in the southern part of Minrathous. Open the door with a dagger and activate another sculpture.
Before looking for the collectible statue, go behind the Altar and pick up the blue crystal. Go outside and place it on the pedestal on the right.
Follow the the resulting path to the platform where your reward will be waiting for you.
Fen'Harel's Altar #2
Next You will discover the altar during the secondary quest“In Memory of the Departed”. Which can be started in the Rozikal Alley area.
On the way to investigate the murders, you will reach the fast-forward to Andraste's Gaze where the Altar of Fen'Harel is located.
Activate it and go down the path that appears, where you can see a ghost wolf right in the middle of a small area.
Arlathan Forest
Altar of Fen'Harel No. 1
One from the Altars of Arlathan Forest you will find in the locationFell Thicket. Climb the wooden walkways to the very top of the northeastern cliff and destroy the fuel barrels on the roof of the ruins.
In the resulting passage, you will find an Altar. Activate it and go down to the forest path on the left. Follow the ghost wolf and take the figurine located next to a small chest.
Fen'Harel's Altar #2
To find the next Altar, fast travel to Nameless Building. Go north and go down from the building. Go into the next ruins and activate the Altar.
Run to the left and, after fighting a bunch of enemies, climb up the platforms. At the top, near the wooden scaffolding, you will find a ghost wolf guarding the statue.
Fen'Harel Altar #3
The last Altar of Arlathan Forest is located in the location Mysterious Tower, the entrance to which requires solving a small puzzle.
You can get to the tower from the fast travel in the area Jagged Ruins. Climb to the very top of the location and use the cable to get to the projector on the opposite side. Point it at the energy crystal and wait for the path leading directly to the Mysterious Tower to appear.
You will see the wolf figurine on the way back to the projector, just look down from the platforms along which you walked to the Altar of Fen'Harel. Go down and take it to get an additional skill point.
Hossberg Bog
Fen'Harel Altar #1
The first Altar in Hossberg Marsh can be found behind a large ruined house in the east of the Flooded Farms area.
Interact with the statue and return to the fast travel, where you will find a wolf figurine on the roof of the house to the right of it.
Fen'Harel Altar #2
The next Fen'Harel Altar is located in the ruins of the Abandoned Village location. To get to the statue, destroy all the fel nodes around the Altar and follow the resulting passage.
After jumping over the cliff you will find your reward in the room on the right.
Crossroads
Fen'Harel's Altar #1
You can find the first Altar of the Crossroads not far from the square Merged City. Climb the rocky path to the top and interact with the wolf statue.
Follow the statue to the northeast and collect the item from the small rock ledge.
Fen'Harel Altar #2
The next Altar is in the southern part of Atim Heights, next to a ruined wooden house.
Activate the altar and head to the zipline located in the northern part of this area.
With its help, you will be able to reach the top of a tall building and pick up another collectible statue.
Fen'Harel Altar #3
The second Altar in Atim Heights is located next to a huge tree infected with fel. Use the lyrium dagger and follow the wolf pointing to the west.
The reward will be on the second floor of the building opposite, next to the cable.
Fen'Harel Altar #4
The next Altar in the Merged City will be hidden behind a door covered in filth. To get there, you need to complete the quest “Gates of Lost Ages”. Defeat another champion in the Port City and take his essence, which will be the key to the area you need.
You will find the Altar itself in the southwestern part of this location. Use a ranged attack to bring down the stairs and fight the Venatori. The wolf will be hidden behind a magical barrier. Destroy the bright red crystal and activate the Altar.
To get to the reward, break all the crystals and use the stairs that open. Once on top of the cliff, use Lucanis' skill to make your way to the wolf figurine.
Fen'Harel's Altar #5
You can only reach the next Altar of Fen'Harel by completing the Gate of Tarnished Glory quest in the north of Elvhenan Retreat. Obtain the Essence of the Champion and bring it to the sealed entrance to open the way further.
The Altar itself is located under a destroyed bridge. To find the last wolf figurine, you will have to solve a quick puzzle with the statues and restore the bridges between all the islands.
Turn each pair of statues to face each other to get to the northernmost part of the location, where the wolf figurine is located.
