Tips for solving puzzles in Amphoraeus
Book of Wonders
On Amphoraeus, two different times exist simultaneously – eternal night and dawn. Landscapes, places, and even objects in locations may depend on them. If you interact with the Book of Wonders in the area, you can use the power of Oronis, the Titan of Time, and perform the Oronis miracle to switch between the two different times.
This will allow you to open new passages, remove obstacles, and reveal chests and mechanisms. All this will help you solve puzzles.
Sphere of Wonders
Note that in the context of using the book and switching between times, you can also use the spheres of miracles and direct the light from them to the desired places to move to another period of time only part of the illuminated area, and not the entire area.
Prayer of Oronis
On the territory of Amphoreus you can find a lot of objects that store memories, and after activating the prayer of Oronis, you will be able to restore them to the state in which they were in the past.
It should be remembered that the power of the prayer of Oronis is limited, however, if you can find the Oronis icon (looks like a blue glowing sphere on a pedestal) and activate the time dimension, then remove this limit, which will allow you to solve the most difficult puzzles.
Hand of Zagreus
This is a unique device of the titan of cunning Zagreus, which you can control with a stone panel and perform various actions: build bridges, move objects and even hit yourself or objects (destroy obstacles).
Let's add that the first time you use each of Zagreus' hands, a quirk check will be activated. You will need to collect nearby quirk coins to get a treasure chest.
Secret Path of Janus
In different locations of Amforeus, you can find secret paths created by the powers of the Titan of the Gate. By passing through the gate, you can find yourself on the secret path of Janus, and quickly move between the gates.
You need to rotate the clues to create a secret path, and after the progress bar is filled, you will be able to immediately overcome the giant distance and reach the goal.
Prophecy Plate
Another Oronis device, located in different corners of Amforeus. Combine fragments to create a picture and solve the puzzle. This way you can make the prophecy come true.
After examining the Prophecy Slab, arrange the Zone pieces so that they match the pattern on the left side. You can layer pieces on top of each other. Parts of the pieces that overlap other pieces will disappear and reappear during the move.
Golden Scapegoat
A unique minigame of Amforeus that involves participants in a special ceremony where they act as a lamb that passes on the flame. All your actions are recorded by darkness. After completing a certain number of steps, you will appear as an incarnation of darkness in the past, which will imitate all your recorded actions.
Try to avoid contact with the embodiment of darkness, use the terrain and switches, moving forward, to transfer the sacred flame, activate the altar and get rid of the fate of being consumed by darkness.
The Thief's Spirit
A robber who is known throughout Amphoreus and likes to steal treasures in front of other people and then run away. With the help of Oronis's power, you can restrain him. To do this, you need to press and hold a special button to activate the Oronis prayer and return to the past, where you can catch the thief's spirit.
At a special time when the robber is especially resistant, quickly release the button so that the enemy cannot prepare, and then press and hold it again to perform a prayer.
Buzzing Secrets
Small creatures that live on Amforeus and are called “creation nymphs” by the locals. Once captured, they can take on unique forms. If you manage to find enough nymphs, you will receive unexpected benefits from the power of the blessing.
Note that to get hints on finding the remaining nymphs in a specific location, you need to go to the golden mannequin of the Seamstress and give her the memory fragments. In fact, we are talking about the same mechanics as with the origami birds in Penakonia.
