An unexpected matter – one of Tian’s quests Wen in ARC Raiders, sending you to the rooftops of the Buried City to retrieve two key components for Speranza's future greenhouses. The task is short, but requires attention: you need not only to bring the appropriate items, but also to interact with specific points so that the game counts their receipt.
Preparation before the sortie
You you can:
- Find fertilizer and pump directly at the indicated points.
- Or take them from your storage in Speranza in advance.
However, even if you bring your own items, the quest will not count, as long as you don't interact with objects on the rooftops. Therefore, be sure to visit the right places.
Where the fertilizer is located
The first step is to go to the Grandioso Apartments area, southwest of the Buried City, near Piazza Roma.
How to get to the roof
There are several routes:
- Through the windows of the lower floors, using internal stairs.
- By zipline from a neighboring building.
- On external scaffolding (if they are not broken specifically in your raid).
You need to get to the highest tower of the complex.
On the roof, closer to the left edge, there is a small pallet with two plant pots. Interact with them – a mark indicating completion of the first part of the task will appear, and fertilizer will fall into your inventory.
Where to find the pump
The next goal is Destroyed garden in the area Piazza Roma. This is also the western side of the map, just a couple of buildings from the Grandioso Apartments.
How to get to the roof
Use:
- External stairs (yellow)
- Internal climb through windows
- Roof crossings – two buildings here are connected by walkways
Look for a terrace with several flower beds. There is a small pumping unit on the roof, connected by two hoses to one of the flower beds. Approach and interact – the game will mark the receipt of the pump.
Now you only need to exit the raid in any convenient way, and also make sure that both items are in your inventory or in a secret pocket if you want to be on the safe side.
If you took the fertilizer and pump from the warehouse at the base, then you still need to interact with the objects on the roofs, and then you can turn in the items from the reserves – progress will already be counted.
