Balachko achievements: how to unlock all and defeat the pyro agent of Fatui

Battles with local legends of Natlan, if all the conditions of the duel are strictly observed, lead to the opening of three achievements of the same name. For example, a clash with the master of blades Balachko can end with receiving the following achievements:

• First achievement (+5 source stones): defeat Balachko;
• Second achievement (+10 source stones): during the “Shadow Blade” technique, when surrounded by projections, attack only the original Balachko;
• Third achievement (+20 Primogems): during the “Shadow Blade” technique, manage to destroy three fake Balachkos.

These achievements cannot be obtained simultaneously, since each of them opens in turn, replacing the previous one.

Where is “Balachko”

To begin the battle with the shadow assassin, reminiscent of the Fatui agent pyro, go deep into the cave adjacent to the dungeon “Sanctuary of Myriad Spirits”. From the area with a group of local bandits, you need to turn left – in front of you there will be a passage leading to the arena of the mini-boss.

As soon as you enter the earthen clearing, the battle will begin automatically. Make all the preparations in advance, or go around the cave on the left side (there is a safe climb, on which the precious chest and pyrocule were located during the first visit).

Battle techniques “Balachko”

Shadow Assassin Balachko does not have a large number of attacks, but on the contrary – his techniques are extremely predictable and uniform. Let's consider what to expect from the elite pyro agent of Fatui:

• “Ambush” at the beginning of the battle

As soon as you enter Balachko's arena, his HP bar appears at the top of the screen, and after a couple of seconds a series of 5 chaotic attacks begins, which will end with a powerful blow in the fall.

• Creating shadow projections

After the ambush, Balachko will go invisible and start chasing us, leaving behind a scarlet translucent projection with each blow – this will continue until there are 5 clones and the original left on the field. Each new shadow joins the targeted attacks, the direction of which can be tracked by red stripes on the ground. At this point, the clones attack together with the original.

• Completion of the creation of copies

When five clones are installed in the arena, Balachko will perform a separate attack, immediately followed by the same synchronous attack, but from all fakes. Then the phase of the tactics “Shadow Blade” will begin.

• Attacks from the “circle of shadows”

After the previous stage, all projections are transferred to the edges of the arena, forming a circle, and then simultaneously aim at our character. The game warns that you need to figure out the original – his blade is shrouded in flames in flight. If you knock down the HP of the real shadow, Balachko will remain motionless for the next 20 seconds.

In the battle with the master of blades, it is worth taking into account an important feature: you will have to very quickly neutralize one or several shadow projections at once. They are susceptible to attacks from almost all elements (except pyro, dendro and physical attacks), but the most effective will be hydro characters.
