Future banners in Zenless Zone Zero
Information on future banners is taken from leaks published by data miners and insiders, or official statements from developers. You should not trust her 100%, since HoYoverse can change everything at the very last moment. On the other hand, such leaks often turn out to be reliable, so they allow you to save master copies and encryption copies of your favorite heroes or amplifiers.

Update 1.1
Unfortunately, during the live broadcast, the developers did not reveal the banners for the next patch, and insiders continue to remain silent, so at this point in time it is unknown which agents and amplifiers will be presented in the upcoming update.
Types and features banners in Zenless Zone Zero
If you have previously played Genshin Impact or Honkai: Star Rail, you will quickly understand the local banner system. However, here we can distinguish four main types of banners:
- Permanent (Stable channel) – valid all the time, regardless of current events, promotions and patches. Thanks to them, you can knock out certain characters and amplifiers with a rarity of 4 and 5 stars. To perform spins in them, Master Copies are required, which are sold for 160 polychromes in the in-game store.
- Temporary (Dedicated Channel and Sonata of Dissonance) – regularly change with the release of a new update, and during one patch they change twice. As a rule, they allow you to get new (if they are released) or old (as part of reruns) 5-star agents and their signature weapons. To spin them, you need Cipher Copies, sold for 160 Polychromes in the in-game store.
- Newbie Banners – one-time banners that disappear after the first drop of a 5-star character. To spin them, you also need Master Copies.
- Banbu channel – valid throughout the entire patch and allows you to knock out banbu with a rarity of 4 and 5 stars. You can independently choose your preferred Banboos of S rank, increasing the probability of their drop. To attempt them, Banbulets are required, which are sold for 160 polychromes in the in-game store.
We strongly advise you to spend polychromes only on Master Copies and Banbulets (with one exception, described below), because this way you will be more likely to get the agent, amplifier or banbu you need. Let's add that when you drop characters, weapons and assistants, you will be given additional materials that can be used to purchase additional cools, duplicate heroes and materials.
Note: If you are interested in information on soft and hard guarantee, 50/50 win, banner counter, as well as the probability of dropping characters, weapons and bunbo, then we advise you to read our other guide.
Newbie Banner
All new players can use it approximately 30-50 minutes after starting the main storyline. Unlike other banners, here you can get a 5-star character in just 50 attempts. However, single jumps are prohibited, that is, you will need to make 10 spins at once.
Fortunately, they give a 20 percent discount on each attempt, so instead of 10 master copies, you will only spend 8, that is, it will take 40 spins to complete all 50 signal searches. For every 10th attempt, you are guaranteed to receive one 4-star hero or weapon.
In general, the following characters and weapons can be knocked out during this rookie banner:
- 5-star characters: Nekomiya Mana (Physical, Offense), Soldier 11 (Fire, Offense), Grace Howard (Electric, Anomaly), Kolyada Belobog (Fire, Intimidate), Alexandrina (Electro, Support) and Von Lykaon (Ice, Intimidate).
- 5-star amplifiers: unknown yet.
- 4-star characters: any of those currently available in the game.
- 4-star and 3-star star weapons: all options available in standard banners.
Note that if you received a 5-star agent before the 50th spin, the banner will automatically end and be replaced by the usual Star Squad, that is, you will not be able to continue spinning it. However, there is a very small chance that you will get the second legendary character in the same top ten as the first.
The presence of such pleasant starting bonuses makes it much easier to obtain certain legendary heroes already at the start of the game. For this reason, it will likely have a very effective reroll mechanic, which we talked about in a separate guide.
Star cast
Available to all players at any time on an ongoing basis. We advise you to spend exactly 300 spins on it, and it is advisable to do this at the beginning of the game. The fact is that after completing the specified number of jumps, you can pick up any legendary character from the list completely free of charge: Gres, Rina, Kolyada, Nekomata, Lycaon or Soldier 11.
After that, we do not recommend that you spend star jades on buying spins for the standard banner, since on the 90th jump it is guaranteed to drop a 5-star hero or amplifier, and they have a common guarantee for both. Thus, getting a specific weapon or character becomes extremely problematic.
Let’s add that on the 10th jump you will be guaranteed to receive from one or more 4-star fighters or weapons (the exception includes heroes and amplifiers that are currently present in event banners). In general, the following may drop in the “Star Cast”:
- 5-star characters: Nekomiya Mana (Physical, Attack), Soldier 11 (Fire, Attack), Grace Howard (Electro, Anomaly), Kolyada Belobog (Fire, Intimidate), Alexandrina (Electro, Support) and Von Lykaon (Ice, Intimidate).
- 5-star amplifiers: unknown yet.
- 4-star characters: any of those currently available in the game.
- 4-star and 3-star weapons: all available in standard banner options.
Dedicated channel
A temporary banner, usually valid for 3 weeks (changed twice per update). In it, on the 90th search for a signal, you are guaranteed to receive a 5-star character, who with a 50% probability will be an event character (if he turns out to be “standard”, then the event character will appear with a 100% chance already on the 180th spin). On your 10th attempt, you will definitely get one (or more) 4-star character or amplifier.
You can read more about the guarantor in our separate material. Cipher copies are spent to carry out these convocations. We advise you to spend polychromes on their purchase, since, firstly, you are more likely to get the desired agent, and, secondly, event heroes usually turn out to be stronger than standard ones.
Amplifier Channel (Sonata of Dissonance)
Another temporary banner, which also lasts 3 weeks. In it, you can get a signature weapon for a character from the Signal Search discussed above. At the 80th jump, you are guaranteed to get a 5-star amplifier, which with a 75% probability will be an event one (if it turns out to be “standard”, then the event one with a 100% chance will drop already at the 160th spin). On the 10th jump, you will definitely get one (or more) 4-star character or weapon.
Banbu Channel
A hybrid banner that lasts 6 weeks, that is, throughout the entire patch. In it you can knock out the banbu selected in the selector, using the collected bunbulets for this. There is no 50/50 rule here, that is, on the 80th spin (or earlier) you are guaranteed to get the desired helper. On the 10th jump, you will definitely get one (or more) 4-star Banbu.
Past banners in Zenless Zone Zero
Here we indicate signal searches that have operated in the past. What is it for? The fact is that developers are unlikely to make banners for the same heroes with a break of 2-3 months, so if you saw that, for example, they have already made a banner for Zhu Yuan, then you should not expect her to rerun in upcoming updates.
We hope that the schedule of all banners in Zenless Zone Zero will help you better build a strategy for knocking out certain characters and amplifiers.
