Thanks to Cameo, attack damage from a stance increases by 15%. Additionally, the damage can be increased up to 32% if you equip the Cameo along with the Alexander Shard.
This talisman also provides a unique bonus to the skills of the following weapons: Rellana's Greatsword, Lunar Veil and Sword of Night and Flame.
Some Ashes of War that apply to melee weapons also receive additional damage from this item. For example: Reckoning, Half-Turn Stance, Draw Blade and Raise Weapon.

Talisman of the Fell Tip
- Weight – 1.1
- Bonus – Increases the range of bows, as well as damage from bolts and arrows.
This talisman is a great choice for those who like to play long-range weapons: bows or crossbows.
It is capable of increasing the effective range of bows to 50 units. Although Ashes of War: Phantom Pike is mainly applied to spears and halberds, it can also receive the range bonus from this item.
It works well with the effect of the Spearhead Talisman, increasing the damage to 18%, instead of the initial 8.
How to get the Spearhead Talisman
The talisman is located in the Fort in the foggy rift next to the grace “Shadow Altus, West”. Go closer to the cliff where the fort is located and find a broken wooden bridge, under which there will be a safe descent along the rocks.
Follow the location forward to the second tower, where you will be met by the boss Black Knight Garyu. To get to the chest with the Talisman of the Fell Tip, you need to go behind this tower, climb the wooden stairs and climb straight to the very top.
Blade of Mercy
- Weight – 1.3
- Bonus – Increases attack power after a critical hit.
This is a fairly useful talisman that can be found almost at the very beginning of the DLC.
After performing a critical hit This talisman, in the form of a blade of one of the hornbills, is able to increase damage by 20% for 20 seconds.
After a second critical hit, the damage does not stack, but its duration will be refreshed. In a strength-based build, it will be able to provide a nearly constant damage buff.
How to get the Blade of Mercy
The talisman is found in a chest in the Tombstone Plain location, not far from the Charred Ruins point. If you look towards the southeast from grace, you can immediately see the tower in which the blade is located.
Go to the southwestern part of the ruins and go along the stairs to the roof as shown in the screenshots below. Opening the door, you will see a chest in which the Blade of Mercy will be hidden.
Talisman with blue blessed dew
- Weight – 1.2
- Bonus – Gradual restoration of Concentration Points.
This accessory is useful not only for Mages, Sorcerers and Clerics who mainly use spells, but also for summoning stronger spirits and special skills of some items.
For example, as a special skill of the Knight's Sword Moonrithil, which consumes Concentration Points. This talisman can help make these actions practically free for the player, restoring 1 unit of OK every few seconds.
How to get the Talisman with Blue Blessed Dew
This item can be picked up at the Temple of Blessing, in the Plain of Tombstones location, right under the huge statue of Marika.
From the Last Rest Stop at the Mountain Road, ride southeast to the end of the location until you hit the rocks. You don't need to climb them, just go around them on the right side along the path near the cliff. Be careful: the Cursed Blade will be waiting for you at the exit to the Temple territory.
Two-Headed Turtle Talisman

- Bonus — Significantly speeds up stamina recovery.
The Two-Headed Turtle Talisman is an upgraded version of the regular Green Turtle Talisman. They both speed up stamina recovery, but the Two-Headed Turtle does it almost instantly (by 10 units per second).
This accessory is required for some special weapon skills that rely on stamina, not to mention the obvious need for stamina in the game itself.
The Two-Headed Turtle Talisman cannot be equipped with the Green Turtle Talisman, and also does not stack with the Pickled Turtle Neck effect.
How to Get the Two-Headed Turtle Talisman
You need to get to the teleportation point “Cave by the Ellac River”. How to get there is written in this guide.
Exit the cave with grace and go straight northwest. Ride until you see a waterfall. Enter the cave behind it, where you will see the talisman located on a corpse.
Emblem of the Sacred Crusade
- Weight — 1.2
- Bonus — Increases attack power after killing an enemy.
The talisman will be especially useful in passing dungeons or locations filled with various enemies. It will be very useful if you get it as early as possible in the Shadow of the Erdtree add-on.
After killing an enemy, damage increases by 15% and lasts 20 seconds. Killing again only refreshes the duration, but does not increase the damage further.
Another advantage of this accessory is that the damage boost can be stacked with other talismans.

You can get the talisman by defeating the Fire Knight Quilain at your first encounter. You encounter him twice in the game, attacking you in different locations: Belurath and the Temple of the Holy Crusade in Shadow Altus.

The bonus from this talisman will only work if you hold the weapon in a two-handed grip, dealing 15% more damage. The buff will also apply to throwing weapons used in a two-handed grip.
This accessory does not apply to dual-wielding weapons that can be duplicated in both hands at the same time.
How to get the Greatsword Talisman
From the Temple City Ruins point, ride southeast and enter the ruins. You need to get inside the building with a large tower located in the southwest. Golden Scythe

The talisman will be located in the Shaman Village in the Hinterlands, which can be reached by using the “Oh Mother” gesture, which can be found in the Bonnie Village location.
From the grace point of the same name, follow to the north of the village, where you will see the necessary gesture under the tree at the base of the statue.
From the “Shadow Haven, Back Gate” teleport, turn into the room to the right where there will be a large statue of Marika. Use the gesture on it and the statue will move away, opening a passage to a new point “Hinterlands”.
Follow the road up until you reach the flower field of the location we need. From the middle of the field you will see the tree under which the Golden Scythe is located.
A talisman in the form of a split stone

How to get the Splintered Stone Talisman
From the “Murta Ruins” teleport point, go through the arch ahead and enter the first dilapidated room. Enter it and turn the corner as shown in the screenshots. There you will find a corpse with the required talisman.
Withered bouquet
- Weight – 0.8
- Bonus – Increases attack damage after the death of the summoned spirit.
This cute talisman will come in handy if you often summon spirits during the game. The bouquet increases the attack power after the death of the summoned spirit by 20% and lasts for 30 seconds. The talisman bonus is especially effective when summoning several spirits.
How to get Dried bouquet
From the “Belurat, Private Altar” point, go outside, climb the stairs and turn left. Walk along the alley to the top of the waterfall and enter the door on the right. Climb the stairs again and go outside. From there, follow the right, where at the very top you can already see the desired altar in the distance.
To get to it, go left and turn towards the destroyed room, go behind it and jump down. Go into the room and, having dealt with the flies, follow forward to Mikella's cross. Exit the room and you will immediately see an altar, where you can pick up a Withered Bouquet from the corpse lying underneath it.
Elder's Jubilation

- Bonus – Increases attack damage near maddened enemies.
Elder's Jubilation will be an ideal addition to your build if you use the Madness effect on enemies.
Increases attack power by 20% when near maddened enemies within 7 meters. The effect stacks with the Hand of Madness weapon and the Black Pie helmet enhancement.
How to get Elder's Jubilation
In the Forest of the Abyss location, from the Abandoned Church point, move west until you reach a small lake with several warning messages.
To get the talisman, you need to defeat the Untouchable Old Man, who is invulnerable to any damage until you parry the attack after he is captured.

From the point “Ruins of the Rauch Abbey, West”, enter the ruins and go up the stairs to the columned hall. Turn left and go up the elevator.
Once up, immediately turn left and jump down. From there you need to get to the rock in the southeast, as shown in the screenshots. Enter the northern entrance, which will lead straight to the chest with the talisman.

The Crossed Trunks of Vengeance Talisman increases damage dealt to enemies after rolling or dodging by 17%.
It can be obtained alongside the Crossed Trunks of Violence talisman, which is a weaker version of this one. They can also be equipped at the same time.
This accessory's buff stacks with the buff from Leda's armor, which you only get at the end of her personal quest.

This item can be obtained during Leda the Needler's quest by siding with her during each summon to the Shadow Haven.
The first talisman you will receive when accepting Leda's challenge against Rogovest. After fighting him as a phantom, return to her in the Shadow Altus and talk to her.
