In Honkai: Star Rail, Blade Singing Ends the War is a continuation mission of Exploration and part of the quest chain “Duel Under the Azure Sky I”. Walkthrough of the mission “Blade Singing Ends the War” in Honkai: Star Rail
How to start the quest
It will start automatically immediately after completing the previous quest in the chain called “Watchdog's Bark, Sweet Talk”. If this does not happen, try logging out, waiting 20-30 minutes and logging back in. Then open the quest log and start tracking the desired mission.
Go to the Alchemy Commission
Teleport to the Apothecary Market anchor located in the specified location, then turn left and run to the quest marker. On the way, by the way, you can talk to Sushan, standing on the right near the tree.
After reaching the signpost, talk to Lingsha. Then Yunli will appear, and the quarrel between her and Yanqing will flare up again. They will want to settle all their differences in a duel by destroying the Abominations. Click the “Forward” answer to start the competition and begin the “Fight of Ice and Fire” challenge.
How to Defeat Yunli
A trial Yanqing will appear in your squad (his equipment cannot be changed), who will replace your first fighter. Fortunately, you can adjust the team at any time (however, you cannot remove the general's apprentice from it). After preparing the group, chat with Linsha, who will say that the one who can kill more abominations will win.
The duel will begin. Blue and red bars will appear in the upper right corner of the screen, indicating who was able to destroy more monsters at the current moment. You need to make the blue scale larger than the red one. Here are some tips on how to achieve this:
- Take a damage dealer into your group who can hit the area, destroying ordinary mobs at once. Characters of the Destruction and/or Erudition paths are great options.
- Yunli will take her turns in turn order. She doesn't have much speed, so she will most likely be at the very bottom of the action bar. However, you can make her turns even less frequent by taking supports that advance allies or increase their speed (Asta, Zaryanka, Bronya, Iskorka, etc.). You can also use fighters that speed up themselves (Zele, Firefly).
- Using shielders and healers in this fight is optional, so you can replace them with additional supports and damage dealers.
Note that most enemies will be vulnerable to fire and ice attacks, so we recommend taking damage dealers of the corresponding elements, or those capable of breaking through any type of durability. Let's add that Yunli can easily kill 3 enemies at once with one blow, so try not to leave her additional opponents – try to destroy as many mobs as possible before her turn.
The main elite enemy will be the Mighty Ape, but its life bar will be low, so you can easily destroy it before it performs its strong attack on your character who used the skill earlier.
Even after the battle, the quarrel between Yanqing and Yunli will not subside. Watch the new epic video, which will show the fight between two students. The battle will be interrupted by General Feixiao of Yaoqing Xianzhou. Talk to the fox. Then watch another long cutscene.
This concludes the quest. As a reward, you will receive 500 Mastery Points, 60 Star Jades, 6 Refined Ether, 4 Lost Crystals, and 60,000 Credits. You will also begin the next quest in the chain, “The Sword Returns, the Clouds Gather.”
