In Genshin Impact, the Broken Stone with Graffiti is a special collectible that is required to recreate the painting on Mount Coatepec and open a secret area. As a reward, you will receive chests and the secret achievement “In the Painting…”. In this guide, we will tell you where to find all the painted stones in Natlan, how exactly you can use them. How to find all Broken Stones with graffiti in Natlan
There are all to find in the Pyro Kingdom6 similar stones with pictures. You can pick them up in any order, that is, you don’t have to use the same order as we have. The map below shows their approximate location.
Stone with graffiti 1 (activate stones)
Warp to the waypoint at the top of the plateau in the Sulfur Veins area, then turn right and run west to the edge of the cliff. Jump down into the crevice and deal with the Avatar of Lava so it doesn't bother you in the future.
After killing the monster, turn around, walk up to the Tepetlisaurus and transform into it (press “T” on PC). Now go back to where the lava monster was and use the attack button (LMB) to make the resonating stones appear.
Next, use the Tepetlizaur skill (press “E”) to burrow underground and start walking through the red cubes and attacking them to activate them. The entire process is shown in the gif below. This will unlock the passage to the secret area.
Go past the two baby Tepetlisaurs into the small cave and open the treasure chest, inside which you will find the Broken Stone you need.
Graffiti Stone 2 (Attack the Graffiti)
Teleport to the Myriad Spirits Sanctuary dungeon, then turn around and head southeast along the road until you see a small pool and a condensing crystal on the left. You will need to destroy this ore (the fastest way to do this is with Geo attacks or a two-handed sword).
Next, touch the three bubbles that appear in the pond to raise its water level and activate the graffiti on the stone (it will glow slightly gold). Then go a little north, going down the slope to the lake. Here you will find a coholasaurus – turn into it (the “T” key) and return back to the drawing.
You can ignore the enemies. When you approach the stone, simply attack it (LMB) to make a regular chest appear nearby, inside which you will find another stone with graffiti.
Graffiti Rock 3 (Mill Puzzle)
Travel to the teleporter on Tetikpak Peak, then head south until you see a wooden platform with boxes and a lamp ahead. Here you will find a lever that, when pressed, will activate the mill near the rock.
Next, you will need to stop the mill at the right time so that the drawing on the cobblestone looks complete. The picture below shows the correct option. An air flow should appear and a regular chest, where the third stone with graffiti lies.
Stone with graffiti 4 (feed the flying squirrel)
Teleport to the Pyro Archon statue in the Pool of Countless Flames, then turn right and run southeast. You will see a small fire with a cauldron on the right. Find a Quenep Berry near it and place it in the bowl next to the stone with graffiti. After that, a cutscene will begin, during which a flying squirrel will descend to you and an ordinary chest with a stone will appear.
Graffiti Stone 5 (Anemo Slime Riddle)
Travel to the northern teleporter of the Ancestral Temple and immediately transform into a jumkasaurus using the green transformation stone, then climb the cliff on the left side. Then climb the next rocky ledge. Next, run to the stone with the graffiti, and next to it there is a tripod with a camera.
Take an archer into your squad and switch to him, then interact with the camera. Anemo slimes will start appearing near the cliff on the right and above. You will need to destroy them when they fly over the explosion drawing on the wall. We have clearly shown the whole process in the gif below.
Be careful, as you can provoke enemies nearby. If you do everything correctly, a regular chest will appear, inside which you will find a pebble.
Stone with Graffiti 6 (Jumkasaurus Riddle)
Teleport to the waypoint located in the eastern part of the Ancestral Temple, then run forward in a western direction to the edge of the cliff and jump straight down to the river. Transform into a Yumkasaurus using the green transformation stone at the foot of the cliff.
Next, take the Flame Grenade (Blue Fruit) using the Saurian skill (press “E”) and throw it at the wall with cracks to reveal a secret area where a regular chest with another stone with graffiti is hidden.
How to Use Broken Graffiti Rocks in Genshin Impact

Where to Return Broken Stones
Immediately travel to the underground teleporter in Tetikpak Peak. If it is not yet open for you, you can easily do this by going north from the Pyro Archon Statue in the Waters of Ameyalco. Go to the gorge, and then climb up the wooden walkways.
After teleporting, turn around, then turn left and jump down from the ledge. Next, interact with the wall on the left, which is indicated by the white triangle. Place all 6 stones with graffiti on it one by one to unlock the “In the Picture…” achievement and open a passage to a hidden location.
Riddles with Manitou
Next, go to manitou on the left side and start following him until he merges into the graffiti and gives you a precious chest.
Now turn around and behind you near the rock you will find the second manitou. Go to it and fill it with phlogiston. Start following it until it enters the red graffiti on the rock.
Climb up the ledge ahead and you'll see a second red graffiti a little further on. To the right of it is a four-leaf clover – use an Anemo attack on it to summon an air current. Use it to float up and find the third manitou. Start escorting it to the painting.
Then use the flow again to soar upward. In a small alcove on the rock you will see the fourth manitou. Fly up to him and start escorting him to the last graffiti. Once he enters it, you will unlock a luxurious chest.
