A prisoner voluntarily pinned himself to the flames of the disaster, preventing him from escaping. Buried in this otherworldly realm are the memories and obsessions of 30 million lives. You will have access to this location as part of the “Become Yesterday Tomorrow” quest chain, however, we recommend that you start exploring it after completing all the missions in the line, so that you can easily visit all corners of the area.
