How to start the quest
Go to the area north of the Oti Shopping Center in Golden Moment. There you will see a billboard. Start a dialogue with him, and then change his emotion to “Delight.” After this, you will not only learn about the lady of the stand, but also receive a sticker “About Love.”
How to Find a Stand Sweetheart
Go to Jessie's Diner located in Dreamstream Reef. The location will open after completing the mission “Small Town Grotesque”. There you will meet a space cowboy named Claude. Start a dialogue with her.
During a conversation with Clodagh, after the option to launch the Clockwork Mechanism appears, you will need to choose those lines that will remind the girl of the billboard.
