Clinging to Memories in Zenless Zone Zero— the story of agent Alexandrina Sebastian (Rina). In it, you will help the senior maid “Victoria” pass the exam from the New Eridu Household Staff Association. You will encounter an unusual client and take part in the search for “circles”, as well as learn the tragic story of Leisha's grandmother and, finally, get the achievement “The expiration date of circles never ends”.

How to start
The first part of the story becomes available after completing the main story mission “Midnight Search”. To open the story, use the video archive in the rental.
An Unusual Client
You will receive a message from Rina. Meet her and a special visitor, Grandma Leisha. The maid's client can't find the “funny circle”.
Take a Photo of Mr. Panda
Head to the Koff Cafe on Sixth Street, open the camera (R button on PC), and take a photo of Mr. Panda sitting at the entrance to the coffee shop.
Take the Photo to Grandma Leisha
Return to Random Play and Show the picture to grandma and Rina. It turns out that Mr. Panda doesn't fit the description either, and the little round thing should be slobbery and loud.
Rina will explain that Leisha Christie – that's the grandmother's name – is testing the maid as an exam, and Alexandrina needs to pass the test by any means necessary and find the right circle. Offer to help her.
Photograph all the circles on Sixth Street
Go out into the street and take pictures of everything that might fit the description.
You only need to take 3 pictures to understand that there are no circles on Sixth Street. To avoid going too far, you can take a photo of Rina herself at the entrance to the video rental store, Howl at his kiosk, and Mr. Chop at the noodle shop.
Take a photo of the circle in the music store
You decide that the records best match the description of the circles. Take a photo of Elfie's shop.
Show the photo to Grandma Leisha
Return to the rental and talk to Leisha. The circles will be unsuitable again. With the help of the Fairy, you will guess that the circle the grandmother needs is a white crystal cup, which is given for winning the Miss Capital contest and which Leisha was unable to get 41 years ago. Fortunately, Rina knows the organizers of the contest, which should make it easier to get it.
Talk to your sibling
Discuss the strange granny with Weisz/Belle and rest to complete the first chapter.
Escape from a Non-Existent Disaster
You must have Internet Level 37 to begin Chapter 2.
Talk to Rina at Lumina Square: the maid has made a deal with the organizers of the competition, and grandma will get her cup after all.
Find out what's going on at the video rental store
Once in the parking lot, go to Random Play. Grandma Leisha will be looking for circles again and will be distracted by the TV. After seeing a movie about the cavern, she will become worried and run away.
Find Grandma Leisha
Exit the rental shop and, walking along the road past Howl's kiosk, turn right.
When Granny runs away again, move to the toy store – Leisha will be standing near the Banbu statue.
Find Granny in Lumina Square
Teleport to Inspector Meowchel in Lumina Square. Granny will be on the other side of the road.
Find Granny by the Riverbank
Run towards the newsstand.
Find Granny at the Abandoned Amusement Park
Move to the “Koff-cafe” or run along the embankment towards the coffee shop and further.
Go up the small stairs to the abandoned park and talk to the granny standing by the sandbox. Rina will come to the conclusion that the granny suffers from cognitive contamination syndrome due to her long stay in the caverns in the past.
Return to the video store
Teleport to Random Play and talk to the sibling. Rina will join you and tell you a little about her past and Drizella, as well as how she plans to help Laysha. Rest to complete the second chapter.
The Last “Kruglik”
The last chapter opens after reaching level 38 Internet.
You will receive a letter from Rina. Together with your brother/sister, return to and find out what the maid has learned: Grandma has disappeared – most likely, she went to the White Wave Hospital to save the Krugliks.
Once Rina leaves, Fairy will offer her help and reveals that Leisha is highly likely to got into a cavern. Tell this to Alexandrina and accept the order for the research “Infinite Circles”.
You can complete the order using the HDD system. Its detailed passage is described in our separate guide.
After completing the order, meet Rina at the rental. She will tell you that, although the grandmother's illness is hopelessly progressing, the already adult “circles” agreed to visit her regularly. Discuss what happened with Weisz/Belle to complete Chapter 3 and the entire story.
