In the Origami Academy location, added to Honkai: Star Rail along with update 2.6, you can find quite a few NPCs that need emotion adjustment. Some of them are ready to thank you for your help with valuable materials, while others will reward you with new achievements. In this guide, we will tell you how to find and set up all the Clockwork Mechanisms in the Penakonia Educational Center, as well as get several hidden achievements from the Our Memories collection at once.
All Clockwork Gears in Origami Academy: How to Find
Check out how to customize your emotions and emote dials in our dedicated guide to all the Clockwork Gears in Penakonia.
There are 12 characters to find in Origami Academy, to which the mechanics of setting emotions are applicable, but not everyone will give at least a minimal reward for help. On the map above you can see all the places and names of such NPCs. Next, let's consider where they are and what gifts you can get for helping with fixing the emotional background.
Prema
- Achievement “Goblet of Fire” for viewing all emotions.
Let's start with Prema, which is located on the circular sidewalk between the student tables (in the south of the map): travel to the “Colored Dream Highway”, then go north to the first right. Enter into a dialogue with the blonde Pepeshi near the dancing advertising banner.
Prema will not give any gifts, but after viewing all of her emotions (including re-tuning the one that was on Pepeshi before the dialogue began), you will unlock the hidden achievement “Goblet of Fire” (+5 jade).
Haru
- Gift for the “sadness” emotion: Banana Stress Reduction x3 [energy recovery food].
Next, head to the entrance to Professor Reki's lecture hall, located at the end of the corridor in the southeast of the map: to the right of the door there is a blackboard, which the excellent student Haru is diligently studying. If you listen to her sad emotion, the girl will give you several consumables for restoring energy.
Harrison
- Achievement “'39” for viewing all emotes;
- Participates in the surprise event “Clockwork: Arturo”.
Now head to the Culture Corridor in the east of the academy: to the right of the passage to the shopping arcade is an honorary repeater, Harrison. If you consistently study all the emotions of the elderly student, you will unlock the achievement “'39” (+5 jade).
Apart from the achievement, Harrison does not give any gifts, but takes part in the special quest “Clockwork Mechanism: Arturo”.
Chad
- Achievements and gifts are not provided;
- Participates in the surprise event “Clockwork Mechanism: Arturo”.
Move to the Student Fair Passage in the Culture Corridor and Hang out with party animal Chad– viewing the student's emotions will not give anything, but this NPC also takes part in the side quest “Clockwork: Arturo”.
Nobody
- Gift for the “sad” emotion: Accepting a banana bug x2 [food for defense].
At the same fair in the eastern half of the Origami Academy, you can chat with the comedian Nobody. Adjust his sadness emotion and get a couple of defense buffs as a gift.
Grosh
- Gift for the “delight” emotion: Incendiary atmosphere x2 [food for ATK].
To the left of Nikto, on the shopping alley in the eastern part of the student complex, stands the Modeling Club Chairman, Grosh. If you set him to Excitement, you will receive two attack power buffs.
Ligeia
- Excitement Emote Reward: A Look at the Bright Future x2 [Def Food];
- Sadness Emote Reward: Welcome to Ethansville (Pilot);
- Peace Emote Reward: Automatic Dream Spray Can x1 [Def Food];
- “Sinister Tales” achievement for viewing all emotes.
Then run to the northern end of the Culture Corridor and talk to the supernatural fanatic, Ligeia. After learning what lies behind her emotions of delight and peace, you will receive several consumables for protection, and by switching the girl to sadness, you will receive the pilot scenario “Welcome to Ethansville”.
In addition, for studying the entire spectrum of Ligeia's emotions, you will unlock another hidden achievement with the sonorous name “Sinister Stories” (+5 jade).
Sean
- Achievements and gifts are not provided;
- Participates in the surprise event “Clockwork Mechanism: Arturo”.
Travel to the “Glaux Statue” in the south of the map and meet Sean, facing the corner of the building to the left of the origami bird nest. This student will not give gifts to the Pioneer, but is also part of the Clockwork: Arturo event.
Chaletka
- Gift for the 'Anger' and 'Sadness' emotions: Banana Stress Reduction x4 [Energy Recovery Food];
- Gift for the 'Delight' emotion: Chaos Ninja Nutrition Pill x3 [Attack Food].
Now head to Chaletke, familiar to us from the story quest “Banana Mayhem: Battles Without Ninja and Mercy”. Her confectionery kiosk is located at the entrance to the shopping street in the western half of the academy. For adjusting anger, sadness and delight, the pepeshi student will give us several dishes to increase various stats.
Gabbana
- Gift for the “sad” emotion: Banana etiquette x3 [healthy food].
To the right of Chaletka's stall, at the Creative Fair in the western half of the academy, stands the head of the theater club, Gabbana. Set her emotions to sadness and you will receive several copies of the dish for restoring the heroes' health.
Alphonse
- Gift for the emotion “anger”: Banana Stress Reduction x3 [Energy Recovery Food].
The penultimate NPC with emotion customization, lecturer Alphonse, stands at the far edge of the clearing in front of the stage in the center of the location. Find out what is hidden behind his anger emotion and get consumables for energy restoration from the professor.
Arturo
- Achievement for customizing the “Psycho-Pass” emotion dial;
- Achievement “Let your dreams be bright and your ideals be free” for completing a sudden event.
And the last character with the ability to customize emotions is Mr. Arturo, the current rector of the Origami Academy. To customize his emotion dial, you will need the “Peace” gear. Read more about how to meet Arturo, complete the quest associated with him, and unlock all the achievements in a separate article.
