How to start
Head south from the Flowerfeather tribe territory. You will find a small wooden platform and a child lying on it. Approach him to start the quest.
Quench Your Thirst for the Unknown
Near the Victim, you can inhabit the Ictomysaurus Soul Beacon. Once you've done that, aim for the glowing symbol on the stone.
After that, you can create a Hydro Crystal by using E-ka. Break it to make it rain and bring the unknown to his senses.

Go to the shooting location
Travel to the northern teleporter in the Lords of the Night Wind territory and talk to Magnifico about the upcoming photo shoot.
Complete the Lighting Setup
Inhabit the Ictomysaur Soul Beacon and read the fire pattern on the stone. Use the E-key to place a light source behind your Saurian companion.
Next, read the symbol on the other stone and install the lighting to the right of the saurian, not far from the ictomisaur soul light.
