Debugging the main board in Genshin Impact: how to route the signal
You will need to correctly build routes from signal sources to endpoints to complete the tests. In this guide, we will present a detailed solution to all the riddles.
How to start “Debugging the Main Board”
Access to this test will open to you on November 23, 2023 at 10:00 server time, but only after you complete the starting mission of the event called “The Merman's Guess”. Then you can immediately start solving puzzles, that is, you won’t have to complete any intermediate tasks.
However, you will have to travel to the Freminé Temporary Camp, located in the Erinyes Forest, and then interact with the debugging table. We will not give general instructions for the event, since it can be studied in the game itself, but will immediately show the passage of each stage separately.
Basic circuit device
In the first stage, you will have one end point and source of the signal, as well as 10 available chain fragments. Everything here is quite simple and clear. The main thing is to make sure that your route passes through the inductive switch (green circle), which is necessary to complete the circuit (green stick near the finish line).
The gif above shows the entire process of constructing the circuit. Once the penguin passes through the switch, the system will finally close and the current will flow in the desired direction. The screenshot below shows the final result.
The principle of operation of the switches
At the second stage there will already be two signal sources and two end points. They differ from each other in different colors and numbers, so you will not confuse them. You will be given 15 chain fragments to create routes.
Your main goal will be to complete the circuit on route II by passing penguin I through the inductive switch (green circle). At the same time, they must connect dots of the same color. The gif above shows the entire process of building paths.
The final result can be seen in the picture above. Note that it should take you exactly 12 chain fragments to build these routes. Don't forget to visit the event page afterwards and collect both rewards for completing both stages of the challenge.
