In God of War Ragnarok, the Deer of All Ages is a request that requires you to find four deer and return them to Ratatoskr. How to start the Deer of All Time request
It starts automatically as soon as you get close to one of the four deer that can be found in the Plains (Vanaheim). In order to get to the new area, you will need to complete the “Smell of Survival” side mission. After that, complete the mission “For Vanaheim!” and walk forward a little to meet your first deer.
You can also just go to Sindri's house and chat with the squirrel there after you get to the Crater. However, in any case, you will have to visit Ratatoskr later, since it is he who provides the food (leaves of Yggdrasil) necessary for the return of the deer. Note that if the squirrel is not in its usual place, then throw an ax at the bell to call it.

Deer of Winter
- Location: Plains
Travel to the Arcane Gate in the Overgrown Tower where you fought the dragon earlier. Walk forward a little and you will find the beast you need. Feed him to bring back Ratatoskr.
Deer of Spring
- Location: Plains
It will be possible to find it only after completing the “Beasts of Prophecy” story mission. Move to the Mystic Gate near the passage to the Jungle. Look to the left and cross the river using the hook point. Open the door on the left side with the chain. Go through the tunnel and use your spear to create a path to the ledge.
Keep moving forward and climb through the narrow opening. As a result, you will reach the Wishing Well, and the animal you need will stand to the right and in front.
Deer of Summer
- Location: Jungle
You will be able to get to it only after completing the “Beasts of Prophecy” story mission and the “Return of the River” request. Look for it only during daylight hours. Head to the Mystic Gate near the entrance to the Jungle, and then get on the boat and swim to the left. Get back on land near the jetty around the corner.
Next, climb through the gap in the wall and move forward. Cross the river using the capture point and a deer will appear right in front of you.
Deer of Autumn
- Location: Wells
You can only get to it after completing the “Beasts of Prophecy” story mission. First of all, enter the Wells location using a hanging cable. Once downstairs, turn right and go through the tunnel using your ax to freeze poisonous plants.
After crossing to the other side, fight a group of opponents. After defeating them, use the hook point to cross to the opposite shore. Here you will find the last deer.
After finding all the animals, return to the squirrel and talk to her. This will complete the quest. As a reward, you will receive 4500 experience points for Kratos, 1125 experience points for Freya, whispering stones x75 and the Rhond of Destruction shield.
