In Hogwarts Legacy, Demimask figurines are special collectibles that can be collected to unlock the “Demimask Fear” achievement and fully upgrade Alohomora's lockpicking spell. In this guide, we will tell you when it is possible to collect these gizmos, and where exactly they can be found.
How to start searching for demimask figurines
You can start finding these items after completing the story quest called “The Warden's Complaint about the Moon” (you need to reach level 14 and complete the mission “The Trial of Percival Rackham”). It is within the framework of it that you will learn about the existence of these magical artifacts and automatically receive the first 3 pieces. They are referred to in the game as “Demimask Moons” and are listed as figurines in the achievement description.
In this quest, you can also learn the Alohomora spell, which allows you to break open locked doors. It should be noted that many figures are hidden behind level 2 locks, however, at first you can only open level 1 locks. For the maximum pumping of the corresponding magic, you will need to bring Gladwyn Moon first 9 figurines, and then 13 more. To see the location of the desired character, simply start tracking the side quest “Mr. Moon's Moon”.
In addition, you can collect demimask figurines only at night! To change the time of day, go to the menu with the map and press R3 (in the lower right corner you can also find the inscription “Wait”, which activates the game clock rewind function). You can see them during the day, but you won't be able to interact with them. Note that it will be possible to collect them even after completing the main story.

It should be found in a house located in the northern area of ​​the city of Beinburg ( Bainburgh). The door to it is locked with an entry-level lock. Once inside, turn left and find the figurine on a chair.

It can be found in a house located on the western edge of the city of Cragcroft ( Cragcroft) to the right of the vendor where you can buy various items. The door to the house is open, and the figurine is hidden on the top floor.
Hogwarts

- Location: Clocktower Courtyard (South Wing)
Move to the indicated teleporter, and then go through the door on the right side of the green fast travel point. Then go through the small outer section and enter the next door ahead (you can only move in one direction here).
Go down the stairs and turn left. Use the second door on the left side and enter the bathroom. Now go to the middle toilet stall and look for the figurine near the logs. You will need to pick the level 1 lock.

- Location: Great Hall
Move to the teleport “Great Hall”, and then go forward and to the right to find a door with a level 1 lock. Open it and look for the figurine on the table near the chairs.

- Location: Divination Classroom (Library Addendum)
Teleport to the “Divination Classroom”, and then go up the stairs ahead to the very end. At the top you will find a wooden ladder that leads to the classroom. The figurine is on the teacher's desk.
You can now bring thirteen moons of Demimasks to Gladwyn Moon to upgrade Alohomor's spell to level 3. You'll find the character you need in the South Wing of Hogwarts, in the House Tower.

Travel to the appropriate teleporter and enter the door ahead, then turn left and go down. Move forward until you see a locked door with an entry level lock. Open it to get into the corridor, and then go through the first door on the left side with a level 2 lock. Here you will find a figurine.

- Location: Library (Library Annex)
Travel to the Library fast travel point , and then turn around and go straight all the way to the place where the bookshelves are located (north, if you look at the mini-map). Then turn right and go between the shelves to the gate leading to the Restricted Section.
Climb down and take the only path ahead (you probably remember this path, as you've been here in the story). At the end, go even further down the stairs, and you will find a figurine at the very end.

Teleport to Beast Study Room, turn to face fireplace with green flames and then go through the second door on the right side. It will be locked with a level 2 lock. Inside you will find a figurine.

Move to the indicated fast travel point, and then turn around and walk along the left wall until you reach the stairs leading up. Don't go up it – instead open the door under the stairs by picking the level 1 lock. The figurine will be outside the door.

Teleport to the indicated point, then turn around and go through the door to the left of the fireplace with green flames. Upon entering the new room, immediately turn the camera to the right, and you will find another door with a level 2 lock, behind which is the demimask moon.

Move to the indicated area, and then turn slightly to the left, and you will find a dragon statue. Move in this direction, go through the large doors located behind the stone statue, turn right and go down the stairs. This will take you to the basement.
In this underground area, on the left side you will see a door with a level 1 lock – open it and go inside to find the figurine.

Teleport to the indicated area, and then go through the door ahead. Go around Professor Fig's classroom and enter his office. The figurine will be placed on a table near the fireplace.
