Where to find items with mysterious whispers in Honkai: Star Rail
There are 14 such places in total, and they are all located in two areas: Hotel “Dreams” (Dream World) and the Child’s Dream, so we advise you to first go through the quest line “The Sound and the Fury”, and only then start looking for these things.
We’d like to add that you don’t need to find them all to get the achievement – ​​it’s enough to inspect only a few of them. However, below, just in case, we will indicate all the objects with a mysterious whisper so that you can be guaranteed to knock out a trophy.
Coffee tables (1)

Teleport to the Platinum Rooms anchor, and then look at the place settings floating above the tables on both sides of the apartment.
Dream Bubble (2)

Exit the room, turn left, run a little forward along the corridor, and then turn right and touch the dream bubble.

From the second sofa, go down the steps in a southerly direction and turn right. You will notice an unusual screen with a dream bubble that also needs to be examined.
