As you progress through the quests on Rivain Coast in Dragon Age: The Veilguard, you will be able to access the Tidal Flats location, where a huge dragon skeleton is located on the shore. There you will find several torches and a closed entrance to a cave with treasures.

How to solve the Tidal Flats puzzle
You can only get to this location of Rivain Coast by completing Taash's quest “Lair of the Dragon King”.
You will find four torches, scattered around the area. To get the reward, you need to light all four braziers within a limited time. You can light them in a random order, but as quickly as possible.
First Brazier
The first brazier is located at the top of the ruins in the northwestern part of the location. Climb the stairs to the top and use the lyrium dagger or Harding's “Song of Stone” skill to push out the stone blocks.
You can use them to reach the first torch. Light it with a dagger or Taash's skill, drop the ladder down and run on.
The Second Brazier
The second brazier is located on the shore, behind one of the huge boulders. Light the fire and run to the next torch.
The Third Brazier
The next torch is located in a dilapidated tower, which can be reached along the spine of a huge skeleton. Lower the stone block and climb on it.
Then lift it up again with the skill and climb onto the skeleton's back. Once you reach the tower, light the penultimate brazier and go down.
The Fourth Brazier
The last brazier is located at the entrance to the treasure cave, in the western part of the location. Light the fire and open the bone grate.
Inside you will see chests with materials and valuables, a huge chest with armor for Taash “Fortune's Smile”, as well as a memorable thing “Tirdda Brightaxe”.
