Exploring the Limits from Genshin Impact is a regular event in the “Astral Limit”, designed in the form of a checklist with goals that allow you to become better acquainted with the mechanics of the UGC mode. This guide explains how to understand the principle of completing each item, complete all event goals and collect the full list of rewards.
Unlike the time-limited “Invitations to the Limits: Awakenings of Genius”, this activity is unlimited.
Event “Exploring the Limits”
How to take part in the event
Go to the section “Game Guide” in any of the available ways:
- By entering the hub location (Main Hall) → select the image of a book with a star on the panel at the top (“F1” for PC);
- Open the Paimon menu and find the section of the same name among the available ones icons.
Next we will tell you how to get a check mark next to each of the 9 items on the checklist.
Perform any of the following tasks
The checklist is divided into 3 parts – first let's look at the one at the top of the list. To claim your sailor skins, complete any of the 3 objectives in sequence.
Complete three levels with the highest achievement
This task requires a positive completion of any challenge, in addition to receiving all achievements provided by the author of the limit. Please note that not all games have achievements, so before starting, check the 2nd tab (medal icon) on the left spine of the limit card (first screenshot above) – if they are, you can safely start the game.
To make it easier to knock out this goal, type the following words into the search bar of the “All Limits” tab: “free”, “coin”, “xp”, “easy”, “achievement”, “fast”, “instant”. The levels found from these descriptions are as simple as possible; Some of them have achievements that can be obtained in a few seconds.
Pass any limit and get into the top 55% or top 1000 three times
To get into the rating, win races and actively help your squad (your current contribution is displayed in the table that opens by the icon in the upper right corner of the limit page). This condition is easiest to be met on less popular or new maps.
Get Rank 0 Novice or higher
In the same section of the level card, your current rank is displayed. Victories replenish the rank scale, and losses reduce the accumulated progress. To level up, only participate in games marked as “Co-op Competition.”
If you fulfilled the condition, but the task was not counted, try to accumulate the entire rank scale and increase it. Since the mode is in open beta, bugs may pop up here and there. As a last resort, we recommend contacting support.
Complete all the following goals
The second part of the list, highlighted in white, is a combined task that combines daily entry into the mode (3 days in a row) and participation in 9 different games. For it you will get accessories for a nautical-style outfit.
Add 5 limits to your favorites
To add a level to your favorites, find it in the general list and click on the star next to the limit start button. Later they can be viewed in the “Selected Sections tab”.
Complete one game as part of a squad
Open the list of users in the Main Hall (for PC on “L”) or the little man icon with a flag on the right side of the screen. Invite those interested via chat or directly by UID – after accepting the invitation, you can decide on the choice of limit and take part in it, thereby closing the task.
Make 1 call in the Echo of the Meeting banner
Go to the standard outfit banner, throw at least 1 prayer into it and the goal will be counted.
Replace the Mannequin image once
Go to the styling area “Skin Configurations” (accessible through the Paimon menu or the hanger icon), make edits to the current outfit and save the updated look.
Set up your personal lobby for the Astral Reach once
Open the hub tab (the first screenshot above) and in the lower left edge of the page select “Create main hall”. In the window that appears, click on any empty user template, and then use the “Import and Edit button” In the loaded construction location, place any available decor and save the result (on the floppy disk icon at the top).
Trophies for the event
By completing all the items in the “Exploration of the Limits” checklist, you can pick up the following trophies:
- Recreation Geode – 640 pcs;
- Shoes “Still Waters: Leather Shoes” – 1 pc. (3★);
- Radiant material: Superior – 20 pcs;
- Anemo-slime headdress: Hat – 1 pc. (4★);
- Radiant material: Exceptional – 4 pcs;
- Foot accessory “Still waters: Knee highs” – 1 pc. (3★);
- Calm Waters: Marine Suit Skin – 1 pc. (3★).
When all stages are completed, you will unlock the “Experience Rewards” section in leveling up.
