Fire Ruins in Genshin Impact: How to Find and Pass

In Genshin ImpactThe Flame Ruins is one of the Mastery dungeons, for the completion of which valuable materials are given out, necessary for leveling up the talents of characters (mainly from Natlan). In this guide, we will tell you how to find and open this dungeon, which teams are best suited for clearing it, and how to deal with all the enemies in it as quickly as possible.

How to find and open the Flame Ruins

Everything is relatively simple here, since you will be able to unlock this dungeon immediately after completing the Archons quest “Song of Dragon Freedom” by going to Natlan, which is located west of the Sumeru Desert. Next, you will need to go south from the first Pyro Archon statue. Soon, near the slope, you will find a stone gate.

Next, interact with the door to open the dungeon, meaning you don't need to solve any puzzles. If you meet the adventure rank requirements, you can immediately start clearing the first stage. General information about the dungeon “Fiery Ruins”:

• Required adventure rank: not lower than 16th.
• Dungeon type: trials (materials for pumping skills).
• Cost of collecting rewards: 20 units of original resin or one thick resin

This dungeon has four difficulty levels, the choice of which affects the monsters you will encounter during the challenge, the level and adventure rank requirements, and the rewards you will receive. We will look at each stage separately below.

• Anomaly Effect: When a character's Night Spirit points increase or decrease, their critical damage increases by 60% for 6 seconds.
• Reward:  100 Adventure Points, 2050 Mora, 20 Friendship Points, 2-Star and 3-Star Skill Boost Materials (daily rotation, discussed below).

• Adventure Rank: Not lower than 45.
• Enemies: Flowing Incarnation of Lava
• Anomaly Effect: When a character's Night Spirit points increase or decrease, their critical damage increases by 60% for 6 seconds.
• Reward:  100 Adventure Points, 2375 Mora, 20 Friendship Points, 2-Star, 3-Star, and 4-Star Skill Enhancement Materials (daily rotation, discussed below).

Suitable Characters

We will consider the 4th level of the dungeon, which is considered the most difficult. So, if we take into account the anomaly of the earth artery, then we advise you, if possible, to take characters from Natlan, who have the mechanics of the Night Spirit. In this case, you can significantly increase their critical damage. It is advisable to take damage dealers from this Pyro Kingdom.

However, even without them, any other pumped characters related to the Dendro, Electro, Cryo and/or Hydro elements will do. The fact is that you will have to fight the Flowing Incarnation of Lava and the specified elements will allow you to create powerful reactions that cause considerable damage.

We strongly advise against taking Pyro characters, since the enemy has 70% resistance to this element. However, supports can be of any element, since their main task is to create shields and heal allies.

How to get through the Fire Ruins

The goal of this dungeon is to destroy a certain number of enemies in less than 5 minutes. Thus, all your efforts should be aimed at inflicting maximum damage to the greatest number of enemies, so you should definitely take your best damage dealers of the above elements.

If the timer runs out and the mobs are still not killed, the challenge will be considered failed, so you will have to start it from scratch. To speed up the killing of mobs, try to either take damage dealers from Natlan, or create a squad of Hydro and/or Cryo characters in order to deal maximum damage to lava monsters.
