The Flower in the Sands of Genshin Impact is a daily quest in the Sumeru region, available after completing the World Quest “Desert Flower”. In this guide, we told you how you can help a desert dweller take care of her plants.

How to start the quest
Daily quests in Sumeru open after completing the mission “Adventure Takes Courage!”. To make sure you get a quest in this region, tick Sumeru in the Quests section of the Adventurer's Handbook.
Notice again that you must complete the “Desert Flower” world quest in order for this daily to drop.
Talk to Nermin
Teleport to Aaru village and talk to the girl on the bottom floor near the wooden bridge.
Your next steps will depend on which quest option you got. Nermin can be helped in three ways: find the kitten that is damaging her flowers, water the flower, and deliver the ingredients for the soup.
Find the kitten
If the girl asked to feed the kitten, which chews the leaves of her plants from hunger, you need to cross the wooden bridge. A black-and-white cat will sit near a large cactus, surrounded by red fruits.
Paimon will tell you to get close to the kitten without being noticed, but you don't have to be careful – he won't run anywhere.
Talk to the kitten. The traveler will give him food on his own, after which Paimon will offer to return to Nermin. Do this to complete the task and get your reward.
Take a watering can and draw water from the well
In the second case, Nermin will ask you to draw water to water the flowers. To get started, take a watering can, which is here on one wooden box.
After that, go to the end of the wooden bridge and glide down so that the rock remains on your left. Look down while flying; when you see yellow markers near the water, drop down to them.
Of the three highlighted spots, only one is suitable for collecting water, the other two markers will have muddy water. The matching point is marked in green in the screenshot.
When the watering can is full, return to Nermin – the easiest way to do this is through the teleportation point. The girl will water the flowers and reward you for your help.
Take Nermin's soup to Raef
The girl will tell you that she recently started growing mint and offer you to try mint and bean soup. After that, Nermin will ask you to bring her three zaytun peaches so that she can make more soup.
If you already have zaytun peaches, you can not go anywhere for them, but simply take the right amount from your inventory.
Nermin will prepare a new batch of soup and ask you to take it to Raef while she continues cooking herself. The man is at his lookout post a tier above; the easiest way to reach it is from the teleportation point in the same village.
Speak to Raef and give him the mint and bean soup. The man will thank you for your visit and give you the reward himself – 10 Source Stones, 250 Adventure XP, 60 Friendship XP, 6575 Pestilence, and 4 Enhance Ore.
The quest will end here, so you don't need to return to the quest giver.
