Genshin Impact Ritual of the Brave is the second quest in the “Between Promise and Oblivion” quest series. The traveler learns that the teleptisaurus he saved earlier is different from other saurians and is doomed to live with a curse. To change the fate of a new friend, the traveler will have to prove the seriousness of his intentions in a fight with the chieftain of the tribe.

How to start the quest “Ritual of the Brave”
Before starting the quest, you must complete the previous quest in the “Lost Children of the Forest” chain, as well as complete the world quests “A Tale of Dreams Torn from the Fire” and “Shadows of the Mountains”. If you do not complete the last two quests, you will be able to start the quest, but a full walkthrough will not be available.
Head to the small camp west of the Echo Children settlement. As you get closer to the teleportation point, you will be noticed by a tall man named Manku. He will run up to the travelers and start a conversation.
During the dialogue, it will turn out that the red mark on the teleptisaurus' horn is a blessing from the Fire Lord, but it also serves as a curse, because of which the saurians do not live long. Manku will offer a solution and ask to contact him later.
Next, if all the above conditions are met, teleport to the Echo Children tribe. Fast forward two days through the game menu. After that, Paimon will offer to visit Manku again, and the quest can be tracked in the quest menu.

Following the quest marker, cross the bridge to the other side and go up the stairs. On the balcony, you will see Manku and Pakal, the leader of the Children of Fire.
Talk to them. The chieftain of the tribe will appreciate the traveler's determination and say that he is ready to grant permission for the pilgrimage if the man and his saurian pass the trial by combat.
Defeat the Echo Children Chieftain
Immediately after talking to Pakal, you will be teleported to the arena. The chieftain and his Saurian will immediately begin the attack, and the teleptaur will fight on your side. Defeat both opponents.
Once the fight is over, Pakal will acknowledge your connection with the teleptaur and give his blessing for the pilgrimage. As confirmation, he will give you a talisman, which will later be needed in the story and will appear in the inventory.

The achievement gives 5 Primogems and is obtained automatically after completing the “Ritual of the Brave”.
