How to start the “Traces of Mastery” event in Genshin Impact
The event started on August 28, 2024, and will end on September 17 at 03:59 AMby server time. Before you can take part in it, you will have to meet a number of conditions, namely:
- Reach at least Adventure Rank 20.
- Complete the story quest “Song of Dragon Freedom”, which is the third chapter of the Prologue.
- Complete the Archons' quest called “The Black Stone Buried Under the White”, which is the second chapter of the fifth Volume (optional).
Completing the final quest is optional, but it will allow you to delve deeper into the event's plot. If you decide not to complete it, simply open the event page in the corresponding menu and begin completing the starting task.

True Flow Form
In this gameplay, you will need to use the skills of the Saurians to collect Challenge Coins and various items in speed races. The more points you can get, the higher your reward will be. Depending on the landscape, you should change your companions to overcome obstacles faster.

In this activity, you will have to fight various enemies in the specified areas. At the same time, you need to complete the assigned tasks to get the maximum reward. You can get the epic Ash Horn catalyst absolutely free when you collect 400 units of colorful reasoning. As for his awakening materials – Silent Shadow of the Sea, all four can be obtained after reaching 2000 units of colorful reasoning.
