How to start
The quest should appear in your journal immediately after completing the mission “Through the Morning Mist”.
Follow Koko and find the Altar of the Primordial Fire
After the battle with the dragon, you can find the Kukusaur Soul Beacon in its lair. Possess it and ride the wind flow, then fly to the teleporter north of you.
Go around the mountain, moving to the southwest, turn right, go past the cornsaurus and go down to the image of Och-kan on the wall.
Explore the area around the ruins
Check out the quest marker next to Bona and two more to the right of the painting on the wall.
Go to Bona
Your search will be interrupted by Bona's scream. Approach her and find out that the girl has discovered the filth of the Abyss seeping from above.
Defeat the monsters that suddenly appear
Defeat one Twilight Mimiflora and discuss your findings with Bona.
Examine the mechanism-like object
Turn right, towards the wall you examined earlier. The baby Saurian will open the mechanism for you, so all you have to do is activate it.
The mechanism will move the floor plates, and you will open a passage below. Bona and Coco will remain waiting for you at the top, and the quest will be completed.
