In Honkai: Star Rail, Gold Purification is a Development mission and part of the Tales of the Flame-Chasing Heroes quest chain, where you must identify three anomalies in Ochem and then destroy them. If you have any difficulties with receiving or completing the quest, then check out our guide.
Walkthrough of the mission “Golden Purification” in Honkai: Star Rail
How to start the quest
It starts automatically immediately after completing the previous quest in the chain called “Oh Kremnos, Wash Away the Rust of Blood I”. So just open your journal, find the corresponding mission and start tracking it. If this does not happen, try logging out, waiting 20-30 minutes and logging back in.
While in the Garden of Life, go a little southwest and interact with the Seamstress to collect the data you collected from the nymphs. You will learn that the dark current is currently only on the lower levels.
How to Identify and Get Rid of Anomalies in the Marble Fair
There will be three anomalies in total, the locations of which you will see on your map. All of them are on the 1st floor of the sacred city of Ochem.
First Anomaly
Teleport to the Marble Fair anchor, then immediately turn around, go down the stairs and talk to the Cautious Guard. Tell him that you will figure it out yourself, and he will leave. Then the battle with the Warriors of Fury will begin – their vulnerabilities are shown in the picture below.
The second anomaly
Once you've dealt with the enemies, return to the anchor and run north, go down the stairs and talk to the Silent Girl. You'll ask her to turn away and count to 30, then pull out the Titan's Scions and engage them in battle – their vulnerabilities are shown in the picture below. Aglaya will take out the amulet and give it to the girl.

The third anomaly
Continue northeast, following the next set of stairs even lower, and stand on the quest marker. Suddenly, the thief spirit Bartolos will appear. Chat with him. He will say that he has already dealt with the enemies, but stole some treasure. Aglaya will demand that the stolen goods be returned, but the spirit will run away.
Study the instructions for using the Oronis Prayer to catch a spirit. You will need to hold down the “Space” key, then release it and press it again when the arrow reaches the green segments. The gif below shows the entire process of solving this puzzle.
After solving the riddle and capturing the thief's spirit, return to the Garden of Life and listen to more threats from Elder Caenis. Then go forward and talk to Trinnona, who is standing at the edge of the platform. This will end the task.
