In Genshin Impact, the Great Hall of Truth is a vast underground chamber located in the Sumeru Desert that hides several secrets. By solving the local puzzles, you will receive treasure chests. In this guide, we will tell you how to get to this location and solve all its mysteries.
How to find and enter the Great Hall of Truth
You will be able to enter this area as part of the Double Proof world quest, however the first time you visit you will probably miss its optional puzzle, so it makes sense to come back here later. To do this, open the Red Sands Plate, go to the “Descent into the Depths” section and select the desired location, and then click on the “Go” button.
As a result, a mark will appear on the map indicating which teleport you should use to get to the right place. The required fast travel point is located south of King Deshret's tomb. After moving to it, go to the right into the Duat Hall and go through the huge triangular entrance on the other side. This will put you in the right area.
Solving all puzzles in the Great Hall of Truth
< p>We will not consider the quest puzzle here, as it is described in detail in our guide for the corresponding mission, but we will immediately move on to an optional puzzle, for solving which you can get a precious chest.
Primordial sparks and eternal light cells puzzle
Approach the locked gem chest, turn right and go down to the base of the device, where you will find a cage of eternal light. Interact with her to move her crystal to another cell.
As a result, two beams will shine into two prisms, which will lead to the release of the primordial spark. Approach her so that she flies up. Climb up after her and bring her to the candlestick. Unlock the spark again. Keep chasing her until you lead her to the primordial torch next to the chest.
Get close to the blue cube, then follow it up to the candlestick on the right. Unlock the spark and lead it straight to the second primordial torch. As a result, the barrier from the precious chest will fall, and you will be able to inspect its contents.
How to get to the Dendroculus in the Great Hall of Truth
Slightly above where the locked gem chest was, you can see a balcony with a Dendroculus visible. Having noticed it, you probably wondered how you can get it. Unfortunately, this oculus cannot be obtained from this location.
To collect this Dendro Particle, you need to go to the Hall of Opet, bypass the stone wall behind a large blue pyramid, and go into the left passage next to the pedestal of secret rites. We've covered this in more detail in the corresponding ruins' research guide.
