In Genshin Impact“The Great Shaman, I Beg You!” is the second part of the quest line “The Truth about the Battle of the Seven Flowers” and a continuation of the quest of the legends of Sitlali. With the help of the shaman, the investigation of the legend of the “Battle of the Seven Flowers” can continue. However, Granny Itzli has an ambiguous reputation in her native clan, which makes the process of finding information more difficult.
In the guide, we will tell you how to start and complete the second stage of the personal quest of the priestess of Itzli, question the priests and accompany Sitlali to the hot air balloon.
Completing the quest “The Great Shaman, I Beg You!”
The quest will become available after completing the previous stage “The Assignment That Reached Natlan”, which was described in a separate guide.
Together with Sitlali, go on an investigation
To learn more about the legendary technique of Shaman Huitzilin, the entire company that agreed to help Sitlali heads to the Lords of the Night Wind (see the map screenshot above). It turns out that she and Huitzilin were rivals, so Sitlali would definitely not have learned about such a powerful technique from the lips of its creator – she can only hope for stories from her fellow tribesmen.
Attempts to question the locals help to learn only that after centuries many doubt the authenticity of the “Battle of the Seven Colors”. If the technique existed, it must have been passed on to one of the shaman's students, most of whom now occupy a high position and serve in front of the obsidian altar. Sitlali warns that she is on bad terms with the priests, but reluctantly agrees to accompany us.
Go to the obsidian altar
Move to the totem pole responsible for the reputation of the Lords of the Night Wind to automatically start a dialogue. From the first words it becomes clear that Citlal is not welcome: many students of Huitzilin have been initiated through a fight with our pink-haired friend for years, but without success. Coupled with the difficult and detached character of Granny Itztli, she began to be perceived as a real tyrant. The frightened High Priest Kaholom and his comrades do not even let the guests speak, so the Elder of the Ictomisaurs and the Chieftain Biram intervene in the conversation.
Talk to Sitlali
While the priests are coming to their senses, we have time to talk to Citlali and Tlapo – they are standing before the ascent to the totem. Tlapo used to be Huitzilin's companion, but for Citlali he is still a saurian named Claw, whom the shaman often brought to visit her. It also turns out that Huitzilin was the only one who called herself Sitlali's friend, although she only came for duels.
Talk to Biram
After talking to Tlapo, go to the chieftain, who is meditating at the northern edge of the cave. The heroes will share that they decided to look for clues to the canvas in that very “Battle of the Seven Colors”. Sitlali scolds Biram for rushing, but agrees that such a task cannot be left to chance.
Ask the priests
It remains to learn about the Huitzilin technique from the priests who crowded on the path in front of the totem. Unfortunately, they did not adopt any special techniques from their legendary mentor. However, there are families of other students in the tribe who did not become outstanding, but may also know something about the “Battle of the Seven Colors”. The only thing the priests can do is point out the necessary addresses on the map.
Meet with Montluçon and the others
The heroes return to Montluçon's group, who are increasingly convinced that searching for evidence of the battle is a hopeless undertaking. But the search for historical truth is also important, so the publicist intends to continue. Citlali is skeptical and tries to convince the Traveler. But Paimon convinces her that searching for answers will help the priestess resolve some internal issues.
Find members of the shaman family
From the negotiation site, turn west and run to the house marked by the priests, near which an NPC in a blue T-shirt is bustling about. It turns out to be Etchemin, a descendant of shamans who could have been given knowledge of the technique.
Etchemin, like most of his tribe, is afraid of Citlali. When she steps aside, the man eventually reveals that his family has a slightly different version of the legend of the “Battle of the Seven Colors.” And the most useful part of it is the mention of the Chicomoztoc cave, where the legendary battle took place.
Sitlali, who came after her, explains that this place is now called the Valley of Mists. Montluçon, seizing on the clue, offers the priestess a gift. However, Sitlali is more interested in the popular novels from Inazuma, which, surprisingly, Montluçon has never heard of. The heroes promise to resolve the issue with the books, and the trip to the battle site is postponed until the following afternoon.
Tired of communication, Sitlali agrees to have a drink with her friends before bed, but away from the noisy tribe. The company buys drinks and goes to a quiet place, where they can also figure out the problem of reading thoughts.
Escort Sitlali
The Quiet Place is located at the top of a narrow cliff south of the nearest Archon Statue. Travel to the teleporter located on the surface to the left of the location on the map. As shown in the second screenshot above, at the foot of the cliff there is a Ictomysaurus Transformation Mark and Graffiti— Transform into a Cryo Saurian or use Ororon or Sitlali's press attacks to collect the pattern, set up a wind flow, and quickly climb the cliff.
Climb into the balloon with Sitlali
Approach the quest beacon on the cliff to automatically trigger the final dialogue with Sitlali, which will take place in a hot air balloon above the area.
Sitlali and the Traveler will have a frank conversation, during which she will tell the reasons for her alienation from the tribe. Our hero, in turn, will share what helps him take parting with friends more easily. Confused and tipsy, Sitlali will rush home – this is where the second part of the quest will come to an end.
Rewards
As after the first stage, for completing we will be given only mora, experience books and magic ore. The next part of the quest line “Ruins of Seven Flowers” will immediately appear in the list of tasks.
