The Hand of Zagreus from Honkai: Star Rail is a controllable mechanism that can be used to solve simple puzzles, attack enemies and objects, and collect Quirk Coins, which can be used to collect unique treasures: Star Jade, Celestial Ambrosia, and Hidden achievements.
In this guide, we will tell you how to control the Hand of Zagreus in HSR, find all the quirk tokens hidden on Amphoraeus with it, and unlock all the achievements related to the jet palm of the titan of Guile.
How to Find and Complete All Zagreus' Hand Puzzles in Honkai: Star Rail
One of the main functions of Zagreus' hand, which brings you the most valuable resources, is collecting Quirk Coins. By the time of update 3.0, there are 5 places in Amphoraeus where you can find tokens:
- Ruins of Discord of the Kremnos Castrum (2);
- Bloody Battlefield of the Kremnos Castrum (2);
- The Pool of Fate of Janusopolis (1).
In total, for all searches you will receive 4 valuable and 1 luxurious chest.
How to enable and control the Hand of Zagreus
If the area you are exploring contains this jet palm, the control panel(s) will be visible on the map (mark with a hand image). When you click on the icon on the right side of the screen, a bar will appear informing you of the progress of collecting Zagreus's quirk medallions (their total number and the number of those already collected). You will find gilded control panels with a handprint on them in the area, which, when interacted with, will activate the palm flight mode.
By default, any palm can be raised(right mouse button) and lower(left mouse button). With the help of the mechanical hand of the Titan of Cunning, you can also:
- Create crossings
If you see a golden hologram with an open palm in the flight area, you can build a bridge in its place: fly closer and press F (for PC) so that the hand docks in the gap. Now you can run over the character here.
- Move objects
The Titan of Guile's hand can be used to move large stone figures, which are marked with a white triangle icon: fly closer, pick up the object with F (for PC) and move it to any empty area with the same white mark, resembling a cluster of sparkles. This function helps to remove obstacles in the character's path and solve puzzles.
- Attack living and inanimate objects
Some palms are capable of attacking enemies or destructible objects: if the skills include the action hit on R (for PC), then hold down the skill, aim and launch the palm at the selected target.
- Collect Quirk Coins
And of course collecting quirk coins. These golden tokens are out of reach of characters, and they cannot be reached with a long-range attack (like Robin or Topaz). All that remains is to arm yourself with a hovering palm and fly up and down the territories of Amphoraeus.

Old quarry
To get a valuable chest, you will have to arm yourself with the Hand of Zagreus (use any remote control) and find 3 quirk coins. On the map above, we have marked all the places, and below we will explain the route to the medallions.
Coin under the bridge (1)
The first medallion with a muzzle is under the bridge in the center of the hall (drop under it by holding down PKM).
Coin above the hand control (2)
The second medallion is above the control panel in the northwestern part of the hall (climb up to it by holding LMB).
Coin under the ceiling (3)
And the third medal is under the ceiling in the northern half of the hall (long-press LMB to go higher).
Once all three medallions have been collected, a valuable chest will appear in the center of the 1st floor of the quarry.
Abandoned Stone Workshop
Now let's find all the Quirk Medallions in the Abandoned Stonecutter's Workshop. To collect them, you need to switch to controlling Zagreus's palm via the remote (its mark is on your map).
Cube Puzzle (1)
To get the first medallion, we'll solve a small puzzle: pick up the stone cube (a black and beige marker always points to it) and go up with it to the platform in the north of the hall (holding down LMB while moving). Drop the stone on the right highlighted area above the blue cube, and a coin will appear above the area.
Above the teleporter (2)
The second medallion is on a pedestal just above the teleportation point (you can climb it by holding down LKM).
Under the ceiling in the west (3)
And the last coin is under the ceiling in the west of the room.
The reward for collecting all the tokens awaits you on the round platform in the center of the workshop (closest to the Soulforging Ruins anchor).

Stone Quarry
Let's start by collecting the Titan of Cunning tokens in the stone quarry in the center of the castrum from the past. To find them, you need to activate the hand of Zagreus and fly around the yard.
1 coin (under the palm control panel)
The first coin will appear during the passage of the storyline “Oh Kremnos, wash away the rust of blood II“, when we have to break the boxes on the platform under the control panel with the palm.
2 coin (in front of the round platform in the center)
The second medallion is hovering in front of the round platform on the lower level of the map (you need to go down a little below).
3 coin (cube puzzle)
To get the last token, fly to the stone cube (initially it stands in front of the gap in which you can place the hand), pick up the figure and place it on the shimmering area in the southeastern half of the courtyard (in the recessed arch with blue and gold elements) – after placing the object, a coin will appear on top.
A valuable reward for collecting three tokens can be looted before the exit in the eastern courtyard.
Forged Souls Front Arch (3D Map)
And the last trophy in the last castrum will be issued for collecting as many as 5 quirk tokens hidden in different corners of the round three-dimensional hall. To collect them, you need to take control of Zagreus's hand.
1 coin (under the palm installation mark)
The first medallion is located under the destroyed bridge where you found the 31st trophy.
2 coin (under the central platform)
The second coin is located not far from the first, but a little closer to the center of the map.
3 coin (above the main entrance)
The third one hovered high above the arch of the main entrance to the hall.
4th coin (under the main entrance)
And the fourth one, on the contrary, is located under the front gate, almost at the bottom border of the map.
5 coin (under the remote control of the Sphere of Wonders)
For the last coin, fly to the Sphere of Wonders under the central statue with a sword (it is located just below the outer edge of the column on which the mechanism stands).
A chest will appear near the location of the last coin, and there is also a mark on which you can place your palm – leave it as a bridge and run to pick up the luxurious reward.

Gate of Eternal Sleep
Collecting all the Quirk Tokens on the 3D map near the “Gate of Eternal Sleep” anchor will not only allow you to get a valuable treasure chest, but also continue collecting all the other trophies in the area. Be sure to change the location to Dawn (any Book of Wonders) and use the Zagreus Hand Control (for example, the one near the falling bridge). Turn on the hovering palm and go in search of medallions.
Under the northern exit (1)
To get the first coin, you need to direct the Orb of Wonders on the lower level of the hall towards the central staircase, and then collect the coin by going down to her on the jet arm.
Behind the pillar in the north of the hall (2)
The second coin is hidden in a recess behind a column in the northern half of the room.
Above the statue in the upper half of the room (3)
And for the last coin, we go up and fly to the western half of the hall: the coin is above the head of a faceless stone statue.
After collecting the medallions, leave the palm control (English key “Z” on PC) and return to the book in the center of the lower tier to loot the chest behind the rise to the northern exit.
All achievements for the puzzles with the hand of Zagreus on the Amphoraeus
The Hand of Zagreus is associated with obtaining 4 bronze achievements at once, most of which are secret. You can get 5 jade for them in the collections “Our Memories” and “Understand the Unknowable.” Below we will tell you in detail how to get each of them.
Self-criticism
The achievement “Self-Criticism” is awarded if you perform a strike with the hand of Zagreus on your game character, who at that moment will be standing near the control panel. The attack function is available on the circular 3D map or at the Stone Quarry in the Bloody Battlefield.
Novikov's Self-Consistency Principle
The achievement “Novikov's Self-Consistency Principle” will be obtained if you fly in and a little linger in the light of the active spotlight of the Orb of Wonders on the rocket arm. This can be done in the Pool of Fate and the Bloody Battlefield.
Death of Transcendence
The “Death of Transcendence” achievement will be awarded once you collect any Quirk Token for the first time.
Shield-Breaking Fist
The Shield-Breaking Fist achievement can be unlocked by breaking any shield (normal breakable shield) with Zagreus's hand. item), of which there are many on almost any map with token collection.
