In Genshin Impact“Hide and Seek with a Tepetlisaur” is an independent stage of the mini-quest series “In the Footsteps of the Dragon's Chosen” and one of the hidden world quests of Natlan. If you go to explore the Tequemekhan Valley, then north of the Sulfur Veins you can come across a small camp of friendly Tepetlisaurs. Our tamed Saurian decides to play with them, but over time, he never returns to his new companions. All missions from the “In the Footsteps of the Dragon's Chosen” chain are available only if you complete the quest “Lost Children of the Forest”. They are not connected with other quests or with each other.
How to start and complete the quest “Hide and Seek with a Tepetlisaur”
The clearing with geo dragons is located on the northern plateau of the Tequemekana Valley, not far from the quest area of ​​the “Under the Crystal” task – move to the nearest teleporter and approach the flock of creatures settled around a fallen tree trunk.
The main part of the mission will begin after the Traveler and Paimon let their little companion play with the local dragons. However, despite the late hour, the Zavrian never returns. The heroes decide to find the baby and explain the rules of conduct to him.
Find the missing Zavrian companion
Start your search by interviewing all the small dragons in the area: you need to make sure that none of them are our ward. Talk to the creature in the center of the clearing, two near the trunk with a pyrocule, and one that has climbed onto a piece of wood. And once the survey is finished, go around the hollow log on the south side and look under the bush – you will find a peacefully sleeping saurian underneath.
Say goodbye to the big tepetlizavrom
Before leaving the pack, Paimon invites the small Saurian to say goodbye to the large Tepetlizavrom, sitting in front of the nest in the center of the broken trunk. We approach the large individual and, having started the dialogue, finally watch the farewell scene – after this the quest will be completed. The reward for completing will be 20 Primogems, 150 Adventure Experience Points and 25 thousand Mora.
