Kon-guai named Ma Tianba is one of the secondary characters in Black Myth Wukong, whose quest is one of the longest tasks in the game.
Meeting him is optional, however, if you find him and talk to him during the five chapters, you can get a unique bottle, a new spell, as well as an achievement for completing the game in platinum.

Chapter 1: Where to Find the Horse in Black Wind Mountain
The first time Ma Tianba can be found near the Far Hills travel point in the Bamboo Grove. Go down the road to the left of the altar, turn left and enter the cave. Inside, you will find a meditation place and a horse sitting to the right of it.
Talk to him and in the conversation he will warn you about the first final boss – Black Bear.
Keep talking to him until you run out of new phrases. Otherwise, he may not appear in the next location.
Chapter 2: Where to Find the Horse in Yellow Wind Ridge
The horse can be seen in the place where you could have previously fought the Earth Wolf. If you have already defeated the Yaoguai boss, then return to the incense Entrance to the settlement in Sand Gate Villageand follow through the bridge straight into the huge gate. Entering them, turn left, and in the gazebo you will see a horse-guai tied by rats.
Chapter 3: where to find the horse on the New West
Get to the New Thunderclap Temple location in the second part of the third chapter. From the Temple Entrance teleport, run forward through the room, and then go outside again. Climb the stone stairs on the left and at the first turn, turn left again.
Run to the next building and go up the stairs to the second floor. Go outside and run to the left side, where you will find a horse standing behind one of the columns.
Talk to him until he offers to join him and gives you the Pioneer's Scarlet Bottle.
Chapter 4: Where to Find the Horse in the Spider's Web Pit
You can find the horse in the fourth chapter by following from the point Oblivion Rock. Just turn right and go to the end through many spider cocoons. At the end of the path you will see a horse trapped in a large cocoon.
Free Ma Tianba from the trap and talk to him again. In turn, he will promise to see you again at Fire Mountain.
