Go to the Docking Zone in the northeast corner of the 2nd level of the “Sky Splitter” (access to the location will open during the passage of the main story mission).
On the opposite side of the platform from the teleport, you will see a robobird nest. Go to it and start the mechanism.
Having gained control over the delivery man, fly north. You need to penetrate deep into the hangar through the opening in the wall. You can get into its territory only in the form of a robopatha, since the entrance there is simply blocked for characters.
Continue flying around the hangar. Approximately when you start approaching the wall opposite the entrance to the room, a notification will appear that the desired achievement has become yours.
