How to start the task
First of all, you will need to complete the quest line “The Sound and the Fury”. After this, teleport to the spatial anchor “Oti Mall” on the second floor of the Golden Flash, and then turn around and run west along the right path. Soon you will see a pepeshi named Ivy next to the store window. Talk to him and select the “Start Clockwork” option.

How to Find Unbalanced Ivy in the Dream Frontier
Teleport to the Roof Garden Anchor in the indicated area and turn left . You will see Ivy at the edge of the skyscraper. You won't be able to get close to it, so just go to the curb that the sparkle on the ground points to. You can choose any answers, since pepeshi will come to you in any case.
Then return to the Golden Moment to to the place where you first met Ivy. Talk to the guy again. This will end the mission and you will receive the “Empty Cage” sticker. You will also be awarded 100 Mastery points, 180 hour credits, 10 star jades, 3 traveler's guides and 20 thousand credits.
