Lamp golems are small creatures in Dragon Age: The Veilguard that look like candles and deliver various messages throughout Minrathous. There are 8 Lamp Golems scattered throughout the various areas of Port City. Finding all the messengers will allow you to access the blocked passage where the treasures are located.

Location of all lamp golems (candles)
Golems will begin to appear throughout Minrathous only after completing Nev's quest “Exploring the Port City”. If you chose to save Treviso from a dragon attack, lamp golems will appear only after completing the quest “The Case of the Cobbled Swan”, which will become a storyline quest.
Golem #1 – Haven
The first golem can be found at the exit to the city from HavenShadow Dragons. Read the message with the offer to find them all and follow further.
Golem #2 – Port Parthenius
From quick jump South of Prichalny Crossroads, run to the pier and turn right. Go through the moored boat to the small house in the middle. Inside you will find another golem with a second message.
Golem #3 – Temple Yard
From the Urtemiel Square point, follow the right side and go up the stairs. Turn left into the passage guarded by guards, and, having come out into the large hall, follow the passage on the left at its far end. Go down to the courtyard, fight the Venatori and take the third message of the lamp golem.
Golem #4 — Slums
Use fast travel to get to locationCentral Market. Climb the stairs to the roof and follow the wooden paths as shown in the screenshots. Once you go down, you will be able to see another lamp golem next to the door opposite the withered tree.
Golem #5 — Thread Market
You can get to the next location only after completing the quest “The Case of the Cobbled Swan”. You can find the market by following the teleport Coastal Passage. Once you enter the market, run into the passage on the right. The golem will be behind a door covered with bars. To activate the non-working mechanism, you will need the Nev skill or a lyrium dagger. Read another letter and continue searching for the rest.
Golem #6 – Aula's Lookout
The next location will be closed until the quest“The Sounds Have Faded” is activated. To start this quest, you need to read the announcement, which is located in South of the Dock Crossing.
On the way to this quest, you will be able to get to the fast travel point Aula's Lookout. From this teleport, turn right and go up to the platform, where another golem with a mysterious message will be waiting for you at the top.
Golem #7 — Black Emporium
The penultimate lamp golem is located in Black Shop. You will only get access to it after the quest “The Case of the Cobbled Swan”. Return to the Lighthouse and talk to the Overseer in the courtyard. He will give you an invitation to the Black Emporium, after which the quest of the same name will start.
Travel to the Central Market location and follow the quest marker to the southwest. Once you step outside the Black Emporium, your quest will be complete. To the right of the merchant Xenon the Antiquarian, there will be a lamp golem with a message urging you to return to the Sanctuary.
Golem #8 — Refuge
Teleport to ShelterShadow Dragons and find the last messenger near the stairs, closed by a protective barrier. After reading the new letter, the barrier will deactivate and you will be able to get to the rewards.
Rewards
After climbing the stairs, you will find the Memorable thing “Moment of Victory”, the entry “Creator of Lamp Golems”, as well as a chest with a unique hammer «Imperial Knot».
