Completing the quest “Lessons of the Witches: Test of Insight” (The stars are not reflected in a dry well)
To launch mission, first complete the “Unexpected assignment“, within which we are given the “Little Witch’s Dictionary” tool – read all the conditions and process for completing it in our general guide to Witches Lessons.
Having received the magic dictionary, open it through Inventory, select Mona's portrait and click “Accept quest” – this will put it in the quest log.
Head to Mona's house
After starting the short mission, go to Mona's house in the south of Mondstadt. The heroes decided to share with her a series of personal tasks from Alice. The Fortune Teller's Dictionary contains three letters from a mentor in which the old woman encourages Mona to go to the entrance to the underground kingdom in Sumeru, where she is ready to teach her to predict the fate of “…even the whole world“.
Intrigued by Barbalot's secret techniques, Mona accepts the offer to set off, especially since our heroes confidently indicate the alleged location of the hidden kingdom. After the loading screen, we find ourselves in front of the majestic gates of Kaenri'ah. After studying the second letter, Mona performs the ritual, but instead of the expected “Sign of Truth,” her call ends in a battle with a squad of Abyss monsters.
Defeat the monsters of the Abyss
Using Mona as the 5th party member, destroy the enemies, and then watch as the deceived fortune teller reads Barbalot's last letter.
As a result, the heroes are removed from the dungeon, without having finished reading the full bragging message of Witch B. – this will complete the special assignment.
Buff “Witch's Eve Ritual: The Birth of Constellations”
Mona’s “Generation of Constellations” effect is active only in Sabbat teams and only with the resonance of the Secret Rite (i.e. with at least one more faction ally).
