Walkthrough of the “May the Star Grant a Wish” mission
How to start
The quest does not require any additional conditions to be met to unlock it, so it is enough to simply chat with the little boy who can be found in a crater-like place near Mount Coatepec.
The boy tells us that he wants to awaken hidden powers in himself, but he needs our help in this matter. The child promises to thank us by giving us all his savings. He introduces himself as Orko, although this may not be his real name, and tells us about a fallen star that lies in a crevice at the bottom of a crater. The boy believes that by collecting the fragments of this star, he will be able to gain hidden powers. He also mentions the legend of Koillor and Ukuku, which his father often told him. After the dialogue is completed, the book will appear in our inventory.
Go down to the fallen star with Orco
Carefully jump to the bottom of the crevice, approach the boy, who automatically starts a dialogue.
To find out where the lost fragments are, Orko asks us to turn into a tepetlizaur and hit the star with all our might. After the strike, the fragments stuck in the walls of the cave will respond to the call of the star – the mechanism is somewhat similar to Fontaine's Echolusks. The awakened parts of the celestial body will need to be collected at the request of the kid.
Collect the lost fragments of the star
To collect the remains of the star, it is best to become a Tepetlisaur again and, using the special skill of the Saurian, quickly reach the desired places on the uneven walls. In the same cave there is an altar where you can restore the spent phlogiston.
The first fragment is very close: on the wall behind Orco.
The second fragment is hidden higher and to the right, near the edge of the crevice.
The last part of the star can be found almost under the ceiling, approximately opposite the second piece.
When all the lost pieces are collected, return to our little quest giver. Once all the fragments are in our hands, the boy will ask to return them to the star.
Return the lost fragments of the star
We return the missing fragments to their rightful place, Orco begins to read some spell and… nothing happens. At this point, we get a hidden achievement “Awake! Head of the Night!”.
Paimon asks the Traveler if he feels any changes, and at that moment we hear someone calling Orco home: the boy has been picked up by Coco's mother, whom he mentioned earlier; she turned out to be not his mother, but a caring neighbor.
The woman scolds the boy, telling him that she is looking after the child, since he has no mother, and his father has problems with his eyes. That is why Orco needed this star so much – he wanted to help his dad regain his sight. Coco and the boy say goodbye to us. Finally, our new friend says that he will still need our help. This is where the quest ends, we receive 150 Adventure Experience, 20 Primogems and 25,000 Mora.
