In Honkai: Star Rail, Linsha is a 5-star character with a Fire type of combat and belongs to the path of Abundance. In a squad, she can play the role of a support healer with good offensive abilities. In this guide, we will tell you about her best build, light cones and relics. You will also be able to learn about the recommended teams with her.
Linsha's main features
How to get Linsha
The new Cauldron Master of the Alchemy Commission on Lofu Xianzhou can only be obtained during the Jump event. This banner was first launched during the second phase of patch 2.5. If you want to be among the first to know about her next rerun, we recommend you bookmark this article.
Let's add that HoYoverse has only given away a 5-star character once for winning the “Best Mobile Game of the Year” nomination, and never for completing various events, so it's highly likely that you'll only be able to unlock this Vidyadhara healer using Jumps.
Lingsha's Stat Progression
The table below shows how the heroine's basic stats change as she levels up.
Level | Attack Power | Defense | HP | Speed |
---|---|---|---|---|
1 | 92 | 59 | 185 | 98 |
20 | 180 | 116 | 360 | 98 |
40 | 347 | 223 | 693 | 98 |
60 | 513 | 330 | 1026 | 98 |
80 | 679 | 437 | 1358 | 98 |
Note that her critical damage, critical hit chance, and taunt are 50%, 5%, and 100 respectively at any level, and her energy reserve is 110 units.
Lingsha's Abilities
When using her basic attack “Oath Incense” She deals fire damage to the target enemy equal to 50~130% of her attack power. At the same time, she restores 20 units of energy and penetrates the target for 30 units of tenacity.
Explanation: Regular, unremarkable attacks, which you will, however, have to use when it is necessary to generate skill points for the main damage dealer. By the way, thanks to the “Forest Haze” trace, basic attacks give the same amount of energy as the skill, so there will be no drop in the frequency of using the ult when using them.
After using the skill “Smoky Splendor”the heroine deals fire damage to all enemies in the arena in the amount of 40-100% of her attack power and restores health to allies equal to 10-16% of her attack power plus 105-538 units. In addition, Fuyuan's action moves forward by 20%. This skill restores 30 units of energy and penetrates 30 points of tenacity.
Explanation: Fuyuan is a rabbit spirit summoned by Lingsha specifically with his skill. A detailed description of his features is presented in the talent. In short, he brings a lot of benefit to the team, but his speed is only 90 units, and he only manages to walk 3 times.
The skill allows you to move the animal's action forward and give it an additional 3 turns. So it is advisable to use the skill at least once every 2-3 turns to constantly maintain the presence of the rabbit in the arena. As for its damage itself, it is quite small, so in terms of attack, the skill is only necessary for faster depletion of enemy stamina.
By activating the super ability “Misty Landscape”, the heroine applies the Fog effect to all enemies, increasing their penetration damage by 15-30% for two turns. Plus, she deals fire damage to all enemies in the amount of 90-180% of her attack power and restores health to teammates equal to 8-14% of her ATK plus 90-461 units. In addition, Fuyuan's action moves forward by 100%.
Explanation: Thanks to the ult, Linsha turns into a good buffer for teams on super penetration, because the corresponding damage at the 10th level of the ability will increase by 1.25 times. Otherwise, the ult can be considered an enhanced version of the skill, since it deals slightly more damage, also heals the entire squad and allows Fuyuan to immediately perform the next move.
If we talk about the heroine's passive talent – “Phenomenon of the Misty Dance”, it allows the heroine to summon Fuyuan with the skill. The rabbit's speed is 90, and its base number of turns is 3. As part of its action, the spirit makes a bonus attack, dealing fire damage to all enemies in the amount of 37.5-93.75% of Lingsha's attack power, and additional damage in the amount of 37.5-93.75% to a random enemy (preference is given to a target with fire vulnerability and durability above 0).
In addition, Fuyuan removes 1 weakening from each team member and restores health in the amount of 8-14% of the heroine's attack power plus 90-461.25 units. The rabbit can have up to 5 actions in reserve. It disappears from the battlefield when this number drops to 0 or the character is knocked out. When using the skill again, Fuyuan gets 3 additional actions.
Explanation: Fuyuan is an extremely useful little animal that can heal, remove debuffs, and even penetrate vulnerability quite well, dealing considerable super-penetration damage (if there is a false Pathfinder in the squad). However, it moves slowly and can only perform 3 actions without recharging. At the same time, the rabbit can have no more than 5 moves in reserve, so you should not use the skill if the fluffy one already has 3 or more actions.
We also cannot fail to mention the “Lights of the Morning” technique, the use of which allows you to immediately summon Fuyuan at the beginning of the next battle and hang a Fog on all enemies for two turns.
Lingsha's Traces
In addition to the abilities listed above, the heroine's upgrade tree also includes other buffs that provide passive bonuses or permanent increases to characteristics. These are mainly about increasing health, attack power, and penetration effect. You can see them all in the picture below.
Next, let's take a quick look at special traces with their own mechanics:
- Bright Red Flame – increases the heroine's attack power and outgoing healing by 24% and 10% of her penetration effect, respectively. The maximum both parameters can be increased to 50% and 20%, respectively. An excellent trail that encourages players to pump up EP from Linsha, and for the highest buff you will have to increase this parameter to 200%.
- Forest Haze – using a basic attack gives an additional 10 units of energy. Allows you to save skill points, since using normal attacks will not reduce the frequency of ult activation.
- Echo of the Embers – When any team member loses health or takes damage, and there is a character whose HP is equal to or below 60%, Fuyuan (if she is on the battlefield) immediately performs a bonus attack from the talent, which does not consume her effect. The rabbit can only perform this attack again after two turns. Just a nice bonus that gives additional damage and healing.
Lingsha's Eidolons
To unlock them, you need the materials of the same name, which are given out when duplicates of the heroine fall out, which, of course, is random. And given the rarity of the drop of 5-star characters, then be prepared to spend a lot of money and time on this. Fortunately, even without eidolons, Linsha can easily function as a healer/buffer in the team. Below is a list of them:
- Bouquet of Bad Weather – increases the effectiveness of Linsha's vulnerability penetration by 50%. When penetrating an enemy's vulnerability, his defense drops by 20%.
- Carmine Smoke – using the ult increases the effect of penetration of all allies by 40% for three turns.
- Stem of Wild Flame – the level of the ult and talent increases by two. The maximum level of both increases to 15.
- Fleeting Bouquet – During Fuyuan's turn, restores health equal to 40% of Linsha's attack power to the team member with the lowest current HP.
- Quintessence of Balance – The skill level increases by two, and the basic attack level by one. The maximum level of the former increases to 15, and the latter to 10.
- Hidden Fragrance – Reduces all enemy resistances by 20% while Fuyuan is on the battlefield. When Fuyuan attacks, she deals damage 4 additional times, each of which deals fire damage equal to 50% of Linsha's attack power and 5 tenacity damage to a random enemy. Preference is given to a target with tenacity greater than 0 and with fire vulnerability.
If you are going to use the heroine in teams for super-penetration (for example, with Firefly), then E1 and E2 will help you significantly increase the usefulness of this healer for the squad. The first Eidolon in this case will be much more useful than a signature weapon. In all other packs, these Eidolons will be of little use, so it is better to spend your efforts on a signature weapon.
How to play as Linsha
Despite the tricky description of talents, there is nothing complicated when playing as Linsha, especially if you need a regular healer for the squad. She is able to provide mass healing to the team not only with her skill, but also with her super ability and the summoned beast Fuyuan, which has its own speed and number of actions.
This way, the heroine can heal allies even in the background while her rabbit is making moves. You can push its action forward by activating the skill more often, but in this case, the consumption of points will increase significantly, which may cause your main damage dealer to lack them. So we advise you to try to maintain a balance. For example, try to activate the skill only when Fuyuan has only 1-2 moves left. In this case, you will be able to constantly maintain her presence on the battlefield.
If you use Linsha in teams for penetration, we recommend that you activate her ult as often as possible to increase the damage of allies' penetration, so the heroine may need high energy recovery. Of course, the super ability should be used before the main damage dealer's turn.
Linsha's advantages and disadvantages
Thanks to her unique abilities, Linsha can effectively heal and buff her allies. Her advantages also include:
- An extremely effective healer, capable of healing all allies at once with the help of her skill and super ability, which can help your team get out of almost any situation.
- Can heal allies in the background with the help of a summoned beast. This creature moves independently of Lingsha, so it will continue to heal your characters even if its owner is taken under control.
- All of the heroine's abilities (including Fuyuan) deal massive fire damage, which, although not very large, copes well with penetrating the vulnerability of enemies.
- Able to impose a weakening with her super ability, while increasing the damage from penetration, so it combines well with super-penetration squads.
- Fuyuan's action is considered a bonus attack, so Lingsha is a great fit for teams that play through bonus attacks.
- The summoned creature not only heals and deals damage, but also removes debuffs from allies, so Lingsha can be an indispensable support when fighting enemies that can throw negative effects.
- Her attack power and outgoing healing increase along with the increase in the penetration effect due to the trace, which makes Lingsha's build somewhat easier.
- Even without eidolons and signature weapons, it copes well with its main role, which will certainly please F2P players.
However, it was not without its disadvantages, some of which directly follow from its advantages:
- She can only reveal her full potential in super-penetration teams, and she can only act as a damage dealer if there is a false Pathfinder in the squad, and if the enemies have a fire vulnerability (this point can be removed if you use Linsha with Firefly).
- The first two Eidolons are practically useless for the heroine, unless you use her in super-penetration packs, which may disappoint players planning to knock out her duplicates.
- Many may have trouble getting her penetration to 200%, especially considering the fact that she also requires high energy regeneration to use her ult more often.
- In order to be more active, Fuyuan needs to use the skill more often, which can lead to a lack of skill points for other characters.
Best Build for Lingsha
Best Light Cones
When choosing weapons, we recommend paying attention to those options that can increase the penetration effect, attack power, and/or outgoing healing. The table below presents the most interesting options.
Name | Stats | Ability |
---|---|---|
Only the Aroma Will Remain (5 Stars) | HP: 48-1058 Attack Power: 24-529 Defense: 24-529 | Increases the wearer's penetration effect by 60-100%. After using an offensive superpower, casts the Carefree effect on the enemy for two turns. The damage they receive increases by 10-18%. If the wearer's current penetration effect is equal to or greater than 150%, the damage received by the enemy increases by another 8-16%. Lingsha's signature cone, which makes it much easier for her to gain EP up to 200% (so you can pay more attention to restoring energy) and increases the overall DPS of the squad. Plus, it imposes a weakening, which can be useful in a team with Acheron. However, overall, this weapon is not much better than the alternatives listed below. |
Echo from the Coffin (5 Stars) | HP: 53~1164 ATK: 26~582 DEF: 18~397 | Increases the wearer's attack value by 24-40%. For all attacked targets, he restores 3-5 units of energy. This bonus can be triggered three times. After the wearer activates the ultimate, the speed of the entire squad increases by 12-20 for 1 turn. An excellent alternative to the previous option, which increases the effectiveness of Linsha's abilities due to the increase in attack power and allows her to use the ultimate more often (in relics, you can pay more attention to EP). Plus, it gives a bonus to the entire team. |
Fright Night (5 stars) | HP: 53-1164 Attack power: 22-476 Defense: 24-529 | Increases energy regeneration by 12-20%. When an ally uses the Ultimate, it restores 10-14% of health to the team member with the lowest life bar and increases their attack power by 2.4-4%. This bonus can be stacked up to 5 times and lasts for two turns. Another good option that allows you to use the ult more often (you can pay more attention to EP) and gives additional bonuses to the team. |
Conversation after the operation (4 stars) | HP: 1058 ATK: 423 DEF: 330 | Increases the wearer's energy regeneration by 8-16% and increases outgoing healing while using the ult by 12-24%. A budget version of “Echo from the Coffin”, which is very close to 5-star options with the 5th rank of application. Linsha will be able to use the ult more often and heal with it more effectively. |
What is Reality? (4 Stars) | HP: 1058 ATK: 423 DEF: 330 | Increases the penetration effect by 24-48%. The owner's basic attacks restore 2% of his health plus 800 units. One of the few cones on this path that increases the penetration effect. It will make it easier to gain 200% EP, so you can focus more on restoring energy. Basic attacks with it will be a little more useful than before. |
General feelings (4 stars) | HP: 952 ATK: 423 DEF: 396 | Increases the wearer's outgoing healing by 10-20%. After using the skill, restores 2-4 energy units to all allies. Increases the heroine's healing abilities and that's it, so you will have to get EP and VE from relics, which can be quite difficult. |
Hey, I'm here (4 stars) | HP: 43-953 Attack Power: 19-423 Defense: 18-396 | Increases maximum health by 8~12%. Increases outgoing healing by 16~28% for two turns when the skill is used. Slightly increases the heroine's survivability and healing abilities, although this will require using the skill more often. |
Best Relics
As for the choice of common relics mined in the Caves of Corrosion, the table below shows the most optimal options.
Name | Bonuses | Advantages |
---|---|---|
Meteorfall Thief/Clockmaker of Sleepy Machinations/Iron Cavalry The Herald wandering in the hacker space | 2 parts: increase the penetration effect by 16%. 2 parts: increase speed by 6%. | A good universal option that is easier to farm and you can find suitable stats faster. Both bonuses will be useful for Linsha. |
Iron Cavalry | 2 parts: increases the penetration effect by 16%. 4 parts: if the penetration effect is equal to or exceeds 150%, then in case of dealing penetration damage, the wearer ignores 10% of the enemy's defense. If the EP is equal to or exceeds 250%, then the super-penetration damage dealt by the owner ignores another 15% of defense. | This option will suit Linsha only if she has Firefly and the imaginary Pathfinder on her team – they will allow her to deal really big damage to many enemies. But it will be extremely difficult to get 250% EP. |
Cloud Wanderer Meteor Thief/Hackspace Wanderer | 2 pieces: increases outgoing healing by 10%. 2 pieces: increases penetration effect by 16%/2 pieces: increases speed by 6%. | Another good option of two incomplete artifacts, which will increase the heroine's healing abilities. |
Clockmaker of Sleepy MachinationsThief of the Falling Meteor | 2 parts: increase the penetration effect by 16%. 4 parts: using the ult increases the penetration effect of all allies by 30% for 2 turns. This effect cannot be stacked. | Useful for both the heroine and the team. You can give this set to her if there are no other supports with this set in the team. |
Now we move on to planar decorations that are obtained in the Virtual Universe. The list below shows the recommended options (the numbers show the choice priority):
Planar Decoration | Bonuses | Reasons for choosing |
---|---|---|
1) Lotus Lantern of the Palace | 2 parts: increases the wearer's speed by 6%. When striking an enemy with fire vulnerability, the wearer's penetration effect increases by 40% for 1 turn. | An ideal option for Linsha if she is used in a team with Firefly, as she will be able to activate the passive almost constantly. |
2) Thalia – the edge of bandits | 2 parts: increases the penetration effect by 16%. Increases this figure by another 20% if the wearer's speed is equal to or greater than 145 units. | A good option for teams with super penetration in the absence of Firefly. However, you will have to pay more attention to the heroine's speed. |
3) Broken Keel | 2 parts: increases the owner's effect resistance by 10%. If the owner's effect resistance is higher than or equal to 30%, all allies' critical damage is increased by 10%. | A more versatile option when Linsha is not used in penetration commands. However, you may have difficulty gaining effect resistance, since this parameter is not included in the traces – you will have to gain it in the sub-stats. |
4) Fleet of the Ageless | 2 copies: maximum health increases by 12%. If the wearer's speed is more than 120, then the attack power of the entire team increases by 8%. | Another universal option that increases the heroine's survivability and gives a small bonus to the team. |
As for the characteristics of the relics, you need to choose as follows:
- Body: healing bonus
- Legs: Speed
- Planar Sphere: Attack Power
- Connecting Rope: Penetration Effect or Energy Recovery (depends on the selected Light Cone and your current needs)
- Additional Stats: Speed > Penetration Effect > Attack
If we talk about the preferred values of the heroine's parameters, they should look like this:
- Penetration Effect: 200%
- Attack Power: 2000+ units
- Speed: 134+ units
- Energy recovery: 115%+
Best teams for Linsha
Overall, Linsha is a good all-round healer that can be used in any squad. However, if you want to fully realize her potential, then you should, of course, take her to a super-penetration team. In this team, she will not only give buffs to allies, but she will also be able to deal good damage herself.
Let's add that her bonus attacks make her a good addition to packs that play through these types of attacks. By the way, she looks good with Feixiao, but with her, Lingsha's speed should reach 160 units so that Falcon's Might can quickly gain stacks for her ult. The table below shows all the optimal teams with the dragon girl.
Main DD | Sub DD | Sub DD/Support | Support |
---|---|---|---|
March 7 (Hunting) | Pioneer (Imaginary) | Asta | Linsha |
Firefly | Pioneer (Imaginary) | Ruan Mei | Linsha |
Boothill | Armor (Sparkle) | Ruan Mei | Linsha |
Himeko | Hertha | Ruan Mei | Linsha |
Feixiao | Motse (March 7 Hunt) | Sparkle | Linsha |
Feixiao | Topaz | Armor | Linsha |
Acheron | Kafka | Black Swan | Linsha |
Acheron | Pela | Guinaifen | Linsha |
Lingsha Upgrade
How to increase abilities (what to pump first)
The pictures below show the materials and their quantities needed to fully pump the basic attack, skill, super ability and talent.
- The Seed of the Strange Tree, Nourishing Honey, and Fruit of Diversity are obtained from the Crimson Sepal found in the Garden of Serenity, or through Synthesis.
- The Sprouts of Immortality, Ethereal Flowers of Immortality, and Branches of Immortal Glory are obtained from Abundance Abominations, quests, and enemies in the Virtual Universe, or through Synthesis. They can also be purchased with Everlasting Ash from the Pom-Pom Shop.
- Soul Feathers – obtained by fighting the boss in the Echo of War, located on the “Sky Splitter”.
- Footprints of Destiny – obtained in the Virtual Universe, issued by the Battle Pass and purchased for Everlasting Ash in the Pom-Pom Shop. Sometimes they are a reward in temporary events.
As for the priority of leveling up abilities, then we advise you to first increase the talent, and then the superpower. Next comes the skill, that is, it can lag behind the first two by 1-2 levels. At the end, you can upgrade your basic attacks.
How to Ascend a Character
At certain levels, you will need to Ascend the heroine, spending a large amount of resources and credits:
- Ascension (level 30): credits x4000 and sprouts of immortality x5
- Ascension (level 40): credits x8000 and sprouts of immortality x10
- Ascension (level 50): credits x16000, ethereal Immortal Flowers x6 and Flaming Heart x3
