“Looking for the code” and “Locked Case “in True Stalker – two story missions, after completing which the player will receive money and a medium backpack as a reward. In this guide we will tell you where to find the safe and how to find out the code from it.
Completing the task “In Search of the Code” in True Stalker
During the “Messenger” task, you will have to talk with Myslav. You will learn about three stalkers who left the digger clan, which is based in Agroprom, with their recent loot – a briefcase. Perhaps one of Myslav’s comrades knows the code to the safe where the diplomat is hidden.
Next you can begin the task “In Search of the Code”.
Please note that the bodies of stalkers will be located in certain locations, in areas marked with circles. However, they appear randomly, that is, for all players in different places. Below we will show where the stalkers were in our walkthrough.
Where to find Tail
The stalker nicknamed Tail is located in the Landfill. Below on the map we have highlighted the place where you should go. True, you will not find a stalker there, but his corpse. After searching the remains, you will receive ammunition and a good rifle.
Where to find Master
Follow to Cordon , below on the map we marked the location of Barin’s body. It lies near the road in the grass, with bushes growing nearby.
After searching the corpse, you will get some supplies, as well as a unique sample of the OTs-14 “Thunder” rifle, which requires serious repairs. By placing it in your backpack, you will start the additional task “Unique Thunderstorm”.
Where to find Mitya
You will find the body of the third stalker at Agroprom. Below we have indicated the place where it is located – when you pass the railway tracks, you will see a low hill, and Mityai lies in the grass. This way you will have the right combination of numbers that will open the safe.
Walkthrough the task “Locked Case” in True Stalker
After you have obtained the code, run to the building where the diggers are based. It is located in the same place where you found Mitya – at Agroprom, only in the central part.
There will be a guard at the entrance to the diggers, answer him what you want talk to the leader and they will let you through. Go into the building and find Mortik on the third floor, talk to him.
After that, he will tell you to leave, and he will continue the conversation with stalker Volodya. Listen to their short dialogue and they will leave and you can open the safe. It is located opposite the place where Mortik was sitting.
The code is in the “Notes” section – 127625. Enter it and pick up the case.
Having received the case, go to the exit from the base. There you will meet Mortik, who will ask for help in the fight against the mercenaries.
You will have a choice.
- Refuse. Then you can calmly leave, taking your things from the diggers.
- Agree to help Mortic. Having done this, you will fail the task “Cause Under Lock”, since the leader of the diggers will find out that you cleaned out the safe. In this case, the mission “War for the Case” will begin. Remember that you handed over the weapon at the entrance, so getting the case back will not be easy.
After you have decided what to do with Mortik’s offer, go to the Depot. Talk in turn with Patron and Crutch, who will thank you for returning the case.
As a reward for the work done, you will receive ten thousand rubles, as well as a medium backpack. In addition, from now on you will have the opportunity to trade with Crutch.
The patron will ask for his share. You can share it with him, or you can keep all the money for yourself. This moment will not have any effect on the plot.
