In Honkai: Star Rail, “Metal Gear” is a secret mini-quest that allows you to explore the inside of the conveyor belt on the Skybreaker. In this guide, we will tell you how to successfully pretend to be luggage and get a hidden achievement for it.
The “Metal Gear” quest in Honkai: Star Rail
How to Start the Quest
If you have already unlocked the Skybreaker area during the main quest, head to the Inspection Room located on the second level of the ship north of the Reception Hall. There, approach the left conveyor belt marked with a slight glow and interact with it.
After that, a voice from an invisible source will start asking you questions about your readiness to get inside the introscope. If you want to continue the quest right away, then choose the affirmative answers all three times, as marked in the images below.
How to Pretend to Be Luggage
After you finish questioning, a box will light up behind you. Inspect it.
When your hero realizes that he has found the perfect disguise, return to the conveyor belt and reaffirm your readiness to climb inside the device.
As you begin your journey down the conveyor belt, the baggage checker will be confused and start talking to the box in an attempt to expose the troublemaker. Maintain silence so that it does not interfere with your final goal.
Reward
If you were able to flawlessly play your role as luggage, the conveyor belt will drop you off at the Cargo Line, after which the Metal Gear achievement for 5 jades, credits, character leveling materials and cones will be yours.
