Since the Mountain King's Fang is an event weapon, it is only available in the temporary banner “Incarnation of the Divine”. The weapon will be available for the first time in the second half of update 5.0.

Passive effect: If the wielder of the weapon hits an enemy with an elemental skill, he will receive 1 level of Cron's Blessing (no more than once every 0.5 seconds). If any other hero in the party causes the Burning or Blooming reaction, the character wearing the Mountain King's Fang will receive 3 levels of Cron's Blessing (no more than once every 2 seconds). Each level of Cron's Blessing gives a bonus to the critical damage (in %) of the elemental skill and elemental explosion by 10/12.5/15/17.5/20 for the character equipped with this weapon. The duration of one level of Blessing is 6 seconds, and there can be no more than six levels in total.

How to Play with Mountain King's Fang
This weapon is best suited for characters that deal primary damage with an elemental skill and elemental burst. To achieve maximum damage with this two-handed weapon, it is recommended to use squads that play through Burning or Blooming: this way you can gain more levels of Cron Blessing.
If the selected main damage dealer's elemental skill cooldown is less than six seconds, at the beginning of the rotation you can activate the elemental DD skill, then switch to a support to activate the Burning or Blooming reaction, and then return to the main damage dealer and press the elemental skill with an elemental burst. Otherwise, you can immediately launch the necessary reactions through other characters in the squad, and then activate the elemental skill and elemental burst of the hero with the Fang of the Mountain King. With such a rotation, you will have up to five stacks of Cron Blessing, and you will additionally receive 3 levels every two seconds while the squad's supports activate elemental reactions from their pocket.
