In Genshin Impact, Genshin Impact Mysterious Stone Tablets are special collectibles that you can use to unlock two locked doors in the Hadramavet Desert, looting valuable treasures and by unlocking the “Past of a Nameless City” trophy. In this guide, we will tell you where to find all these ancient slabs and how to use them.
Where to find the mysterious stone tablets
First of all, you will need to complete the “Bilcis Memorial Service” quest line and the “Falconry” world quest in order to find all the fragments of Lilupar and fully pump the power of your genie. The fact is that it is with the help of this lamp that you can find the ancient slabs you need, which are usually hidden near the shrines of genies, so be sure to equip it in your inventory.
All of the mysterious stone tablets are hidden behind phantom walls – if you look at them with your elemental sense, you will see that they are highlighted in white. Just go through them to get to the secret rooms. Your character must have a magic bottle with Lilupar with him (do not forget to “refuel” it with energy near special shrines).
In total, 6 such plates can be found in the Hadramavet Desert. You can see their approximate location on the map above. Next, we will take a detailed look at obtaining each ancient tablet.
Mysterious Stone Tablet I
- Location: Land of the Three Channels
Move to the teleport located in the northeast of Mount Damavand and shown in the screenshot below. Turn left and jump down the cliff. Drive north towards the road junction.
Your mini-map should have a shrine sign by now. Turn right towards the ruins and land near the wall. Here, look for a hole in the wall and climb into the building through it. You will see a djinn sanctuary – replenish energy if necessary, and then activate the sense of the elements, and you will see a white wall on the right.
Stand next to this wall, wait 1-2 seconds until it disappears, and then go inside and open the chest, in which you will find the item you need. To the left of the chest, by the way, is Dogma of the Copper Mask I.
Mysterious Stone Tablet III
- Location: Land of the Three Canals
Return to the previous teleport and this time just jump forward and run east to the next marker on the map. Walk around the ruins and you'll find a hole through which you can go inside.
You will see another shrine. Refill your energy, use elemental sense, and go through the phantom wall to find a rich chest with an ancient slab. There is also a Mysterious Page.
Mysterious Stone Tablet II
- < li>Location: Land of the Three Channels
Move to the western teleport, turn east and jump off the cliff down to the ruins. You will see a crack in the building with a four-leaf symbol – fly inside and you will find another shrine near which you can recharge the genie.
You won't have to run through any walls here, so just open the rich chest to get the required tablet.
Mysterious Stone Tablet IV
- Location: Camp Tanit
Teleport to the statue of the seven Archons in the indicated area and move north. Pass by a huge withered tree and reach the ruins. Enter the building through the hole and recharge the Genie if necessary.

Next, activate the sense of the elements and go through the phantom wall. Inside you will find a rich chest with another stone slab.
Mysterious Stone Tablet V
- Location: Ghoul Pass
Travel to teleport to Wadi al-Majuj, and then run along the road to the north. Soon you will see the ruins on the left side of the path. Fly into the crack with the four leaf glyph and activate elemental sense to reveal the ghostly wall – go through it and open the rich chest.
Mysterious Stone Tablet VI
- < li>Location: Panjwakhe ruins
It can be found east of the Panjwahe Temple dungeon. Move to the dungeon and run east along the cliff. Soon you will find the ruins. Fly inside, replenish energy and activate the sense of the elements. Go through the wall and take the slab from the chest. Here you will also find Copper Mask Dogma II.
How to use the mysterious stone tablets
We mentioned earlier that they are required to open special doors – there are two in total (3 each slabs for each), and both are located in the ruins of Gurabad. Below we will tell you where they are and what you can find behind them.
Closed Door 1
Travel to the underground teleport located south of Safkhe Shatranj. Then turn around and run into the room. Pass through it and exit through the right passage. A little ahead, to the right of the rune mechanism, you will find a closed door – insert 3 stone tablets into it to unlock it.
Once the door is up, you will unlock a secret trophy called ” The Past of the Nameless City. Inside you can find a precious chest and various “trash”.
Closed door 2
Now exit the secret room and immediately turn right. Enter the central hall with a large pyramid and run to the lower left corner. There will be a passage you need to enter.
Then go through the long corridor, turn left and open dig the second locked door with the signs. Inside you will find a precious chest and various small things.
