In Genshin Impact, the Natlan's Souvenir Shop is a unique store where you can purchase mora, various materials needed to upgrade weapons, and special recipes for decorative items by spending a specialized currency called Pyro Seals. In this guide, we will tell you where to find this trading post, how to open it, and what items you can buy there.
Where to find the Natlan souvenir shop
You can find it right now at the Stadium of the Sacred Flame, located in the western part of the main area of Natlan. When you first get to this location, go forward a little, then turn right, go up the stairs and open the door. You will find yourself in a kind of fairground area.
Run forward, passing the shops and the adventurers' guild, and at the end of the corridor you will find a trading post marked with a diamond icon. Its owner is a guy named Syah. The pictures above show the exact location of the establishment you need.
How to open a souvenir shop in Natlan
First, you'll need to fully level up Tona's Fire by spending a certain amount of Pyro Seals and reaching level 50. This should be possible after patch 5.6 (if previous regions are any indication). Then, simply return to Xiyah and ask him what he sells. From now on, you will only spend Fire Symbols in this shop.

Note: The Siyah store's inventory is not updated, meaning that if you, for example, buy all 12 materials, you will no longer be able to purchase them. The only exception is Mora. Perhaps the developers will add a product reset in the future.
How to get Pyro seals
They can only be found in the specified region. There are several methods for obtaining these symbols, namely:
- Level up your Pyro Archon Statues by collecting and presenting them with Pyrocules. Levels 2-4 give 5 seals, 5-7 give 10 seals, and 8-10 give 15 seals.
- Find and open chests in the open world. The interactive map of Natlan shows their approximate locations. You can get from 1 to 3 Pyro Symbols from one chest.
- Complete Natlan-related world quests to obtain additional chests with seals.
- Solve puzzles in Natlan, as they give out a variety of chests.
- Find and open the tombs of the depths of Natlan, which contain luxurious chests.
We should add that you will need quite a lot of Pyro Seals to get all the recipes and leveling materials from the souvenir shop, so be prepared for a long farm of symbols.
