Nymphs of Creation in Honkai: Star Rail— reincarnated people who inhabit Amphoreus after death. By collecting them, you can receive valuable rewards from Aglaya and her Seamstress, including Star Jades, Celestial Ambrosia, and several achievements. In this guide, we will tell you all about the Nymphs of Creation and show you where to find them.
Where to find the Nymphs of Creation in Honkai: Star Rail
In patch 3.0, you can find 70 Nymphs in Amphoreus. In different locations, they take different forms, mostly representing butterflies or beetles.
Before starting the exploration, we recommend that you complete the entire “Tales of the Flame-Chasing Heroes” storyline to have access to all locations.
We also draw your attention to the fact that one of the achievements, “You can't explain memories to a mayfly”, is only available during the collection of nymphs, after which it will be impossible to obtain it. A detailed explanation of how to obtain it is provided at the end of the article.
After collecting all the nymphs in a certain location, you can receive rewards at the local Seamstress outpost.
A message from Aglaya will help you understand that all the nymphs in the location are collected. If you missed one of the nymphs, you can always ask the Seamstress for help. Give her a memory shard, and she will show you the approximate location of the nymph and give you a hint.
You can get memory shards for completing the story, hidden quests and from the strange crystal in your bathhouse in Ochem.
The Eternal Sacred City of Ochema
You can catch 20 nymphs in the main city of Amforeus.
Nymph 1
Go to the northern part of the city and ride the elevator between the two floors. About halfway through you will see a button “What is this?”, quickly press it. Then you will meet the nymph again, closer to the end of the path, and then again when you are fully ascended.
Nymph 2
Take the elevator down to the 1st floor and run down the stairs. Go to the table on the right – there is a golden butterfly sitting on a vase with a plant. After you interact with it, it will fly a couple more vases before you manage to catch it.
Nymph 3
The next butterfly can be found near the spatial anchor “Yard of Three Seasons”, on the shelf of the cabinet with seal toys.
Nymph 4
From the same teleport, go south and turn east to the bathhouse.
Nymph 5
Go east from the “Bowl of Abundance” teleport to the next bathhouse. A butterfly rests in a fountain opposite Akmonides.
Nymph 6
From the “Rest Hall” anchor, go down the stairs to the northwest. The butterfly sits in a chair.
Nymph 7
From the previous nymph, go south to the next bathhouse. A local butterfly hovers in front of organist Misia.
Nymph 8
Go to your personal bathhouse in the southeastern part of the location from the “Rest Hall”. The nymph is sleeping on a small table between the towels.
Nymph 9
From the “Garden of Life” anchor on the 2nd floor of the location, go northwest. The nymph hovers over the flowers near the edge of the platform.
Nymph 10
Return to the same anchor and now go south. A butterfly sits on a fresco.
Nymph 11
From the Heroes' Bowl teleporter on the 2nd floor, go up the southern path to see a nymph sitting at the top.
Nymph 12
From the Marble Fair anchor in the southwest part of the city, head north and turn right. In the middle of the stairs, on a round decoration, sits another butterfly.
Nymph 13
Go to the forge of Hartonus, to the east of the aforementioned teleporter. The nymph sits on a small brazier.
Nymph 14
From the forge, go north and turn right. The nymph sits at the top of one of the columns.
Nymph 15
From the Kefala Square anchor, head north to the Geosaurus Pasture. The nymph is hidden among the bait in the southern part of the pasture, next to the market worker.
Nymph 16
From the above mentioned teleporter, now head south to the sitting guard. Nymph sits on his helmet.
Nymph 17
The butterfly is located on the bell opposite the anchor “The Path of Separation”.
Nymph 18
Go along the secret path next to the Marble Fair teleporter to get to the 2nd floor.
Walk forward a little and turn left, to the two lovers sitting on the roof. The butterfly hid in a wicker basket behind them.
Nymph 19
Staying on the second floor, head west across the rooftops. The penultimate nymph in Ochem lies on the altar.
Nymph 20
After finding all the other nymphs in this location, go to the Seamstress on the second floor of the location and Complete the quest “Buzzing Secrets”.
Rewards
Contact the Seamstress again after collecting all the butterflies. You will receive 60 Star Jades and 200 Celestial Ambrosia.
Bloody Battlefield of Kremnos's Castrum
You can find 20 more nymphs in this location. Here they have the form of beetles.
Nymph 1
Travel to the Conquest Trail anchor and head south a bit. At the very edge of the location you will find the first beetle.
Nymph 2
From the mentioned anchor, run north and turn left, go down to the lower floor on the elevator.
To proceed further, you will have to solve the puzzle. Launch the icon case, then use the Oronis prayer and return the ball to its place.
Rotate the base of the sphere so that it faces the boxes and destroy it.
Now you will be able to go to the northern bridge, where the beetle is hiding behind the boxes.
Nymph 3
From the “Hall of Discord” teleport, go up the left stairs to the 2nd floor. The nymph sits near the ruined base of the stone sphere.
Nymph 4
Move to the Stone Quarry anchor and go a little west. The nymph sits on a sculpture with a calf's head.
Nymph 5
From the previous ground beetle, go north, to the wall. Destroy the destructible item on it to reveal the hidden nymph.
Nymph 6
Go to the Hand of Zagreus, moving west from the beetle from the previous point. Reach in and grab the nymph sitting at the top of the giant sword statue.
Nymph 7
From Zagreus's hand, go north and turn right. The beetle sits slightly above the destructible object.
Nymph 8
Return to the “Stone Quarry” and now go east.
Go to the Book of Wonders and turn left. There is a nymph sitting at the edge of the bridge.
Nymph 9
Return to the book and now go left. Go through the door you opened during the quest “Oh Kremnos, wash away the rust of blood 2”. The beetle is sitting on the right wall.
Nymph 10
Return to the Book of Wonders, change day to night and set up the right sphere of wonders, directing its beam to the boxes on the left (see the screenshot below).
Cross the bridge in front of the book and turn right, go to the end of the road.
Nymph 11
Teleport to the Cave of Corrosion “The Path of Singing to the Accompaniment”, the nymph is sitting nearby.
Nymph 12
From the Cave of Corrosion, go southeast. The beetle is on the right wall.
You won't be able to catch the nymph right away – Bartholos will steal her. Use the Oronis prayer to lure him back. In green areas, release the spacebar and press it again. After talking to Bartholos, catch the beetle.
Nymph 13
From the Stone Workshop teleporter, go to the eastern passage. The beetle sits on the very edge of the platform.
Nymph 14
From the same anchor, now go north. A nymph sits in front of an abyss with an ordinary chest.
Nymph 15
Continue along the same path until you reach a pile of indicolites, where another beetle awaits.
Nymph 16
From the Soul Forging Front Arch teleporter, head east to the round platform. The ground beetle sits on a small bowl.
Nymph 17
From the same anchor, now go through the western door. The beetle sits approximately in the middle of the stairs, near the wall.
Nymph 18
Continue down the stairs and enter the hall. Go forward until the end and turn right.
Launch the hand of Zagreus and go to the top of the main statue.
Nymph 19
Exit from the hall to the south and go to the edge. The beetle is sitting by the secret path.
Nymph 20
From the “Hall of Discord” anchor, go south. After going down the stairs, turn right and grab the beetle on the scale.
Rewards
Contact the Seamstress waiting for you at the “Stone Workshop” teleport and receive a total of 60 jade, 200 ambrosia and Golden yarn.
Ruins of Discord of the Kremnos Castrum
Here live 20 nymphs, looking like ground beetles of the blue colors.
Nymph 1
Start your journey from the Soul Expulsion Passage anchor. Go north. As you go down the stairs, keep to the right – the beetle is sitting in a burning altar.
Nymph 2
Continue along the path from the nymph from the previous point, to the puzzle with the Golden Fleece of Scapegoat, next to which sits another beetle.
Nymph 3
The ground beetle is located slightly north of the previous one, next to a regular chest.
Nymph 4
Continue along the same road. Restore the bridge with the Oronis prayer, go to another platform and go down from it along the already destroyed bridge.
Go to side of the door to the north and, before reaching it, look to the left.
Nymph 5
Enter the aforementioned door and run on. Cross the secret path and go forward until you reach the end – the beetle is sitting on the wall.
Nymph 6
Run forward from the previous nymph. Another ground beetle sits in front of the nearest door, on the right side.
Nymph 7
Go forward from the previous beetle and step onto the golden bridge. The beetle sits on the right, between parts 3 and 4 of the bridge.
Nymph 8
Climb the bridge and go to the new room. The beetle sits in the north-eastern part of it, on the boxes.
Nymph 9
In the room from the previous point, go through the northern door and go forward, then turn south twice. The beetle sits on the fence of the bridge among the ruins.
Nymph 10
From the anchor of the “Land of Conquest” go a little to the west and destroy one of the shields on wall.
Nymph 11
From the previous nymph, go north and stop on the platform in front of the arena.
Nymph 12
From the Arena of Kremnos teleporter, go south and grab the nymph on the left cup.
Nymph 13
From the “Old Quarry”, go up the far stairs and catch the beetle on the wall.
Nymph 14
The ground beetle sits very close to the teleport “Ruins of Soul Forging”.
Nymph 15
From the “Abandoned Stone Workshop” teleport, go north and launch the Hand of Zagreus. Use it to grab the nymph on the platform in front of you.
Nymph 16
From the Sepal “Bud of Memory” go north and inspect the top of the destroyed statues.
Nymph 17
From the same Sepalist, go south and catch the beetle next to the door.
Nymph 18
From the “Old Quarry”, go up the nearest stairs and launch your hand Zagreus. Use it to climb up to the ceiling and grab the nymph.
Nymph 19
Using the same hand, build a bridge in front of you, then walk forward and turn right. The beetle sits on a stand in the room with the Vanguard of Fury and a deluxe chest.
Nymph 20
From the Old Quarry teleport, go up the far stairs and head west, turn right at the first turn. The nymph is located on the northern wall.
Rewards
The Seamstress awaits you in the room with the teleporter “Ruins of the Truce Hall”. Talk to her to earn 60 jade, 200 ambrosia and the second Golden Yarn.
Janusopolis Pool of Fate
In this location, you can catch only 10 nymphs, which have a greenish color beetles.
Nymph 1
From the “Gloomy Lands of Silence” go west and grab the nymph on cliff.
Nymph 2
From the mentioned teleport, run south. In the hall, turn right and go up the stairs, making sure the room is in night mode.
Step onto the secret path. Then read the prayer to Oronis to restore the bridge and cleanse the space of filth.
The nymph sits on a fresco on the wall.
Nymph 3
Return to the lower floor of the same room and use the Book of Wonders to change night to day. If you haven't cleared the filth on the floor yet, go around the room to get to the Titan's Mark. On the cleared part you will find another nymph.
Nymph 4
Change the time in the hall to night again. Facing the book, turn right twice. Catch the nymph on the ruined column.
Nymph 5
Go north from the “Border of Interrupted Sleep”. Launch the icon case and move on, lifting the destroyed columns. Move quickly so that the column does not crush you.
Reach the last column and lift it. Before it collapses, grab the nymph.
Nymph 6
From the “Prayer” anchor, go to the statue to the left of the stairs.
Nymph 7
From the mentioned teleport, go south and go up to the 2nd floor along the right stairs. Make sure you are in day mode. Launch the hand of Zagreus and catch the nymph at the top of the huge column between the scales.
Nymph 8
The next beetle can be found on the left side of the scale.
Nymph 9
The ground beetle sits by the luxurious chest on the upper tier. We described how to get there in our guide to the treasures of the Pool of Fate (see point 21).
Nymph 10
Exit the room from the previous point and solve the riddle of the prophecy tablet – a detailed solution is presented in point 5 of our guide.
Launch Zagreus' hand using the mechanism nearby and lift the pyramidal figure that appears. Place it on the left side of the scale.
Go left and solve another riddle of the slab – in our guide it is described in point 4. Go down the elevator to the middle level and run to the right pan of the scales. Stand on it.
Once you reach the 3rd tier, solve the last riddle of the Prophecy Tablet, described in our guide under number 6.
You will finally get to a hidden room with a valuable chest and the last nymph.
Rewards
The seamstress is waiting for you near the anchor “Gates of Eternal Sleep”. Get 30 jade, 100 ambrosia and the third Golden Yarn from her.
Achievements for collecting nymphs of creation
By collecting nymphs, you can get 3 achievements. All of them belong to the “Understand the Incomprehensible” set and give 5 jades.
Butterflies and Souls
You can get the trophy by catching your first nymph.
Beauty in a Box
The achievement is awarded for collecting 70 nymphs.
Mayfly not explain what memories are
To get this achievement, you need to knock the nymph down with an object with memories.
The easiest way to do this is with nymph number 3 on the Bloody Battlefield. Before catching her, move to the “Hall of Discord” and go up the right stairs. Go to the icon case in the northern part of the hall and launch it.
Go back down and now go up the left stairs. Recite the Prayer to Oronis near the stone sphere to return it to its foundation.
Turn the base, then destroy it. The ball will roll and crush the bug, and you will get an achievement.
