How to drive a billboard under a car in Penaconia
You can only fulfill the conditions for the achievement in the Golden Moment. To get to the most convenient place for this, teleport to Chasik Square, from it climb the stairs in the south and turn right. As soon as you rise, a billboard will immediately follow you.
Go out onto the road with him and wait until a vehicle appears in the distance. Stand so that the shield behind you is exactly where the car is heading. You will have to stand a little to the side, otherwise the car will go around you and the shield.
When the shield is knocked down, you will receive an achievement. You don’t have to worry about his fate – he will immediately get up and go to his place.
