Quest Only chips available on the Blue Gate map. This is one of Shani's missions in ARC Raiders, in which the player will have to explore traces of destruction, take a photo of a collapsed highway and examine the remains of ARC cars. Despite the succinct description, the mission can be confusing due to blurry objectives and large distances between points of interest. Below is a detailed guide to each stage of the quest.
Take a photo of the destroyed highway
The first task is to photograph the collapsed highway. To complete this, head to the Highway Collapse marker, located on the west side of the Blue Gate.
To perform an action:
- Head to the northern part of the destroyed highway, just above its mark on the map
- Find the area between the stone and the tree, near the edge of the road
- A prompt for interaction will appear in this place – just activate it to take a photo
No camera or binoculars required, the action is automatic. After this, the task will be updated, and a new goal will appear – to head to a point called Rifts.
Go to the Rifts
The next goal is to get to Rifts. This is the area east of the destroyed highway, approximately in the center of the map.
The path to it is not the safest; ARC combat drones often roam between these regions. It is better to avoid open spaces and use terrain and ruins for cover. If you are playing alone, you can try to enter into an alliance with other players so as not to lose progress due to a random firefight.
When you reach the Rifts, the next stage of the quest is activated.
Follow the Trail of Destruction
At this point the quest becomes more vague – you need to follow the trail of destruction through the Rifts.
Follow the ruined hills and cracks leading northeast from the Rift until you reach a hill. If you see piles of twisted metal and the remains of equipment in front of you, it means you are moving in the right direction. The top of the hill will be the final quest area.
Inspect the unknown ARC vehicles
The final action is to investigate the unknown ARC vehicles. On site you will find a huge mechanical part, this is the object for interaction. Approach it and activate the prompt that appears. After a short animation, the quest will end.
After completion, it doesn’t matter whether you evacuate or die – progress is saved immediately after interacting with the machine.
Despite the simple goals, the mission requires attentiveness and caution: without clues it’s easy to get lost among the ruins. Follow the described route, do not get involved in unnecessary fights, and you will easily complete this task on the first try.
