After completing the previous task – “Anamnesis” – you will continue the conversation with Albicus and Zachariash, who will ask you to go to the crypt, but before that they will advise you to create a plague suit, which will lead to the start of two new story quests at once: “Prevention” and “Mute Witnesses”. Before you begin completing them, approach Zachariash again and select the answer with the gold icon: “Can I help you?”.

Bring the conversation with him to the end so that a mark with a new quest appears on the map, pointing to Denek – enter into dialogue with him and select the following phrases to start the corresponding mission: “I heard that your supplies are poorly replenished” > “Maybe I can convince him” > “Persuade him.”

You can find a cellar named Cellarius in the kitchen of the monastery. The easiest way to get to it is to go through the southern exit of the hospital, and then go down to the basement near the library; then go through the dark room and find an exit leading straight to the kitchen. There are virtually no patrols on this route, so you can walk without fear of capture.

Enter a dialogue with Cellarius Julian and choose the following answers to increase your reputation:
- I heard you are arguing about supplies…
- How much food do we have left?
- Let's change?
- I'll think of something.
- Is there any other way to reduce consumption?
There are several ways to complete this quest, and the fastest way is to rob Cellarius, taking the Bag of Supplies from his pockets (you can also try to knock him out and then take the food). However, if you want to do everything right, then you need to complete all the assigned tasks and then the monk will give you the supplies voluntarily (this is necessary to unlock the “Ostraconophobia” achievement).

Note: By the way, in the basement under the kitchen you can find two monks (Salvator and Gregory) who will play dice. You can play with them and win a unique cube from them.
Find a book (optional)
Let's start with the optional tasks, that is, you can skip them and still complete the quest, but this is not recommended. So, go to the library, which is located east of the kitchen. Here, go to the middle row of bookshelves and look to the right and down – you will see a red book called Crayfish, the Poor Man's Salmon. Pick it up and read it, completing another optional task.

Missable quest “Premonition of Evil”:You can talk to the librarian Crispin and then select the “I'll help you protect yourself from the disease” answer to start a small side mission that you can complete a little later.

Trophy “Furry Betrayal”:go to the far left corner of the library and stand next to the small pillow lying on the bench. As soon as you stand here, a “Kitty Kitty” prompt should appear in the bottom right corner of the screen – click on it to talk to the cat that will appear on the top bookshelf. You will need to interact with the fluffy several times, coming to him after each task. Usually the achievement is obtained after the third meeting with the cat.

Catch crayfish (optional)
You can catch crayfish in the ponds located to the west and east of the monastery. We recommend that you choose western bodies of water, as they are larger, so it will be easier to find the right amount of these freshwater creatures. Be careful, as there are quite a few guards patrolling outside – use rocks to distract them.

Once you reach the ponds, begin walking through the water in a squat position, looking down carefully and looking for crayfish. Luckily, they will stand still and not try to run away from you. We recommend that you turn up the volume on your speakers or headphones, as crayfish make a characteristic clicking sound, so you will be able to find them by them.

Note that in these three main ponds you can find exactly 8 crayfish, but if you still can’t find enough, you can catch 4 more in a small pond located in the southeast (it is also highlighted by the quest marker).
How to unlock the “Ostraconophobia” achievement
To get it, you must be pinched to death by crayfish. The fact is that when catching crayfish, some of them can pinch you, causing a tiny amount of damage. Thus, if you want to die from these attacks, then you need to come to them wounded beforehand. So, save, and then hit any guard with a weapon and get 1-2 hits from him so that you start bleeding.

As a result, you will gradually lose hit points due to the debuff. Immediately run to the basement to get away from the guards, and then go to the ponds that we described above and start catching crayfish, picking them up from the front. One of them will probably pinch you and you will die, resulting in a unique game over screen and a trophy. Then you can simply load the last save and continue the mission without getting into a fight with the guards.
Find points
Now head to the central courtyard and approach the small tree in the center. Be careful, as there are often guards patrolling this area (try not to get caught by them). When you approach the tree, lift the camera up and look for a nest on one of the branches. You will need to aim a pebble at him to knock him to the ground. To do this, aim a little to the left, since the stones always fly a little to the right of the center point.

After dropping the nest on the ground, go up to it and inspect it – you will find in it not only the Kelar's Glasses, but also the Hungarian Florin and the Unlucky Dice, which you should also pick up.
Return the glasses to the Kelar
Return to Cellarius in the kitchen and chat with him again. Then select the following answers:
- I got your glasses.
- You're welcome.
- There were other things there (if you took the contents of the nest).
- So what? – give him the Unlucky Die and the Hungarian Florin.

As a result, you will receive a Bag of Supplies from the monk. Note that in the kitchen you can use a frying pan to cook crayfish, but you DO NOT need to do this, since you won’t be able to give the fried crayfish to Denek later.
Give the supplies to Denek
Return to the quest giver, who may be in the hospital or not far from it, on the street. If you have completed all the optional tasks (found the book and caught crayfish), you will be able to choose unique answers:
- I found a book here, it will be useful to you.
