Walking through the starting quest
First of all, you will need to start the story quest “Liyue Celebrates, and the Eight Great Ones Confront a Secret Calamity”, which allows you to unlock access to all the trials of the main event. Next, take on the starting quest “Personalized Gift Envelope”.
You will need to find a special kiosk at the festival and interact with it. You will learn that it is customary to exchange gift envelopes as part of the Sea Lantern Festival in Liyue, so you will also decide to send postcards to your friends. After this, the quest will come to an end. As a reward for completing it, you will receive 10 thousand Mora and 4 Adventurer Experience.
Event Rules and Mechanics
You will need to choose templates and decorations, taking into account the tastes and requirements of the characters to whom you are going to send envelopes. By sending gift cards to companions, you will be able to unlock additional special templates.
Plus, you will be able to post the gift envelopes you created online, demonstrating them to other Travelers.
